Very comfortable hotel perfectly located for breaking the journey to the north of France. We had an excellent night’s sleep followed by a good breakfast. Room was clean and the staff were very helpful.

The evening meal was a bit rustic, and there were not enough staff serving, but the food and drink were good value.

Nice hotel, good for an overnight stay on our journey to the south of France. While very handy for the motorway, it was a quiet spot with lovely views. The room was clean and comfortable.

Service in the restaurant was a little chaotic and our food was only luke warm when it arrived, which was a shame as it was very tasty and good value for money

Convenient location for the autoroute. Attractive outdoor seating area. Spacious rooms with comfortable bed and quality linen. Staff really helpful and quite charming. Breakfast and evening meal excellent. Secure parking.

The air conditioning system did not function well. The room was far too hot during the night so we did not sleep well at all. We chose a modern hotel for this very reason and the fact that the air conditioning did not work was a real disappointment.

Very comfortable hotel. Delighted that we were able to order a delicious snack at the bar as the restaurant was closed. Hotel very close to the motorway, making it easy to find. Quiet and spacious, delicious breakfast. Great views of the stunning countryside.

Couldn’t fault the service nor the hotel in any way.

Our room was extremely comfortable with air conditioning which we needed as the weather was very hot. It had a balcony with a beautiful view over the mountains. Our meal in the evening was excellent and there was a vast array of choices for breakfast.

There was nothing which could have improved our stay!

Nicely decorated room (#218) in very good condition, with small balcony and view over valley to Puy de Dome. Very good quality food (dinner) at reasonable prices in hotel restaurant. Nice shower and bathroom arrangement. Large closet. Luggage rack and desk in room. Very comfortable bed.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the motorway but in a lovely setting with beautiful views. The room was large and clean and well equipped.

The only thing we were disappointed about is that we didn’t get a balcony. Even though it said on our booking that we had a balcony

Great service! Called ahead of time for early check in and they were able to accommodate. Also, asked if we could have an iron in the room and everything was ready when we arrived! Also, our room was spacious, with a large balcony and great views of the countryside.

The hotel was lovely and in a very nice location close to the motorway with plenty of parking. Staff were very friendly and we had a nice big room with a good looking bath and good shower and a large balcony. The evening meal in the restaurant was also good. Perfect for an overnight stay when travelling and would stay here again.

Unable to use the bath as the plug was missing!

Ground floor room with a walk in shower (possibly for disabled guests) Great wardrobe space and hangers. Two chairs in the room and a desk/shelf area with accessible power sockets. TV OK, English spoken by some staff and a large 'secure' car park. Evening meal was very good and the 22 euro bottle of wine was first class. Breakfast selection OK. Fantastic shaving mirror in bathroom and lighting generally v good

WiFi connection didn't work well. Small 'bugs' although later found to be quite harmful were a little off putting to find crawling over the door to the small patio area. Bedroom A/C didn't work and the beds cover made it too hot. Sponge pillows not nice. Seating area or quantity of seats inside made breakfast and dinner very very busy, especially breakfast getting to the coffee M/C
