I've stayed at this hotel for 1 night due to the fact that I've travelled with the 1st TGV to Paris the next morning. The reception gave me short instructions at my arrival and a recommendation for dinner at the restaurant close to the hotel. (I've tried it as as I've also heared from another person that this restaurant is very good ...and that was also the case.) My room was clean, had much space and a very clean and propper bathroom. Can absolutely recommand this hotel as is it so close to the central station and this was the most important thing for me. You can walk within 15-20 minutes to visit the old part of Perpignan during the day (can warmly recommand).

There is a kitchen, albeit a very small one. The room has AC and a balcony. The room itself is however very small and if you want to eat inside, the space is very limited. There is a public parking place right next to the hotel and the location is great.

The bathroom wasn't that clean and the shower was disgusting, really. There was rust all over the shower and it looked like nobody gave it a proper cleaning in a long time. Also, the kitchen wasn't really that well-equipped, there was just one pot and one pan, which were impossible to fit on the very small stove together. Moreover, the pan was so crooked you couldn't really cook anything on it, because it was warm only in one place which was touching the stove. Also, on booking, the place claims they have parking available, but you have to book it beforehand and you pay a substantial fee for it and we found it wasn't really worth it, since there is a public parking place for good price and you can literally watch your car from the balcony.

Just across the road from Perignan Railway Station and Bus Station which will get you anywhere worth going to . .... Room is very clean and spacious with an handy Kitchennette Reception is open 24/7 and the staff could speak English and were helpful. All the night life was a 20 minute walk or 5 minute frequent and cheap bus rode away but there was Lidl about 100 yards away fpr snack

Perpignan itself was not for me as it too busy . I had been in Carcassonne before and that was much more tranquil Would use this hotel again as a base to explore the Pyrannees region

Excellent location opposite the train station. The receptionist was very friendly and explained how to room door (slightly more complicated than your average room, but fine). The room was a decent size, the kitchenette was well equipped. The room was very clean, the towels were sort. We also had a small balcony.

The only minor issue was the mattress was very soft, but that's my personal opinion. Also, there was a refillable soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower, but then individually wrapped handsoaps for the sink, surprised that didn't have a dispenser too.

Great hotel. I like that it's close to the bus and train station, although a bit far away from the city center. The room itself is pretty big, and comes with a small kitchen, which is pretty nice. The bathroom was comfortable, everything was fine.

You have to pay a deposit upon arrival to ensure you don't leave the room behind in a mess. While I understand that this might be necessary, it wasn't obvious to me when booking. For some people this could be an issue.

Great location for the TGV, local train and bus stations, as well as for the town centre. . Functional clean accommodation with kitchenette and possibility of buffet breakfast on request. Very welcoming and friendly staff.

Would have liked a kettle and toaster in the kitchenette. Windows needs cleaning outside. No cleaning service during short stays. Some units are quite small for longer stays but ok for a night or two.

I went to this hotel when it first opened. Of course it was modern, clean and next to the station, which I often used as a place to rest, before getting yhe train in the morning to Barcelona. Now there are hardly any trains to Barcelona in the morning. The hotel was taken over by new owners a few years back and the hotel looks very tired, undecorated, and not modernised. The hotel is next to the station, which is an advantage, if you need to get a train. Perpignan is unrecognisable, to 10 years ago. It is now very dangerous walking around the station at night. All the old French cafe's have closed down, to be replaced by Kebabs, which atract groups of young men, often looking for easy pickings. Please, be aware. The hotel has fallen ti standards, but the staff were polite and helpful.

Dirty, tired and a dangerous location.

Clean spacious room with small kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle, even a small dishwasher so I could prepare my own food. I was on the fifth floor so very little noise from the street. Convenient for me as it was across the road from the railway station., not the best area but no real issues. An easy 15 minute walk into the city centre.

To get into the city you had to walk through the railway station - I came back at about 10.00 pm one night and all the station exits were locked so I had to walk round it involving a 20 minute detour on unfamiliar roads.

Directly opposite the railway station, it couldn't have been more convenient for me. I was meant to carry on to Molig-les-Bains but the TER was cancelled due to strike action (up the workers btw!) so I had to stay in Perpignan with short notice. I feared I would have to pay a lot of money for a last minute hotel booking but at 56€ I thought it was very good indeed. Private bathroom, balcony, desk, clean and well lit, you couldn't ask for more if you were visiting Perpignan for a work meeting. I went to the mountains to visit my friend the following morning, but had I had time to visit Perpignan properly, it was only a short walk into the town. There are plenty eateries nearby, so I was able to at least have a great pizza on the Place de Catalogne in the evening. I am learning Catalan, so it was nice to see some Catalan influences here and there. Quite difficult to find people who speak Catalan though (older people more likely to).

If you are looking for charm, don't book this hotel. It is essentially a filing cabinet for humans, but as I said in the "What I liked" section, it is clean and functional and perfect for a work stay due to the access to the bus and train station. The "double" bed was actually twin beds put together, which means you don't get to do a nice starfish spread and make the most of sleeping in a double bed alone!

I arrived around midnight and the Reception staff was very welcoming and attentive. The facilities were excellent, with the dinette and coffee machine, although I did not use them on this occasion. The bed was very comfortable, although I was unable to close down the noise from the air conditioning unit. In any case I slept well. I checked out early without breakfast.

The room looked a little tired, the shower cubicle needed modernisation and overall would benefit from a refurbishment.
