This is an older building and nicely decorated. Reception closes between 12h00 - 14h00 - we messaged them through the Booking.com website and we were allowed to check in early. We also needed an early check out on a Sunday, which was no problem and the owners booked us a taxi to the airport which arrived on time and got us there in under 15 mins for a €30 fare. Throughout the stay, the staff were brilliant and helpful, giving tips about what to see and marking it on a little map. You are given a pass code for the front door so that you can come and go as you please. We had a room for 3 (a double and two singles) which was comfortable and clean, with wooden shutters and views towards the mountains. The photo is the view from the window. There was a powerful walk in shower and separate toilet. Breakfast was good value- a serve yourself buffet with lots of choice for €9. Location is just outside the old town and 5-10 mins walk from Castillet etc and 2 mins from a supermarket where you can stock up on water, snacks etc.

This hotel is nice and we would definitely stay again. However, as we are prompted to think of negatives, we would mention that the air conditioning in the room worked but seemed to circulate the air rather than cool it at times. The plug sockets are away from the beds, so you need to charge your phone on the other side of the room - perhaps not a bad thing if you're setting the alarm for an early flight, it gets you out of bed!

Room was clean and very quiet although it was facing a busy street. Good soundproofing as well. It was five minutes distance from the old town. Room had all the facilities you need and a kettle with a tea and coffee. Finally the bed was so comfy. Very happy with our room.

There isn't always someone in reception just in case you need anything. I think they've got specific times when reception is open. They reply straight away though if you message them with questions. It would be easier if they had the Wi-Fi password in the room.

The bed, the wifi, the balcony with view on the mountains. Clean and easy shower. Coffee & tea facility. Nice people.

I think for the price and 2 stars it was great! I missed a little plate to eat something. And a little fridge. And it would be nice to have some English channels haha.. but really would be bonuses

Great location in Perpignan between the railway station and old city centre. Receptionist was really helpful and advised us on places to see in Perpignan including an amazing building that was free. Breakfast was good continental range with nice pastries

Good value, great location to be able to get everywhere, staff were super friendly and room was pretty nice. Even had a balcony with decent views. Able to check in super late and hosts had left keys and instructions for us.

The area, and indeed much of Perpignan isn’t especially nice or clean. However, this hotel is one of the better value properties in an ok area

The hotel was clean and functional. We booked as a stop - off on our way to Spain, and the hotel suited our needs perfectly. The manager of the hotel was very helpful. He described some places of interest to us, for us to visit that evening and recommend a good local place to eat, which was delicious. We ate breakfast there, which was very good.

Breakfast was good, very friendly staff who advised us what to see in Perpignan. Beds were very comfy. Having a kettle was a nice extra.

Only that the next door room was a little noisy but not for long. The location was quiet in general.

Very helpful staff quiet location I could leave my bags before and after my stay comfortable bed with air conditioning which worked and was not noisy . Easy walking distance of old part of city and near a supermarket.

The lights on the corridor on my floor only stayed illuminated a very short time making it difficult to find my room, open the door etc whilst manhandling heavy luggage . They shrugged their shoulders when I complained . There was a broken button on my chair which was uncomfortable to sit on . They did not offer any decaffienated drinks at all . More shrugging of shoulders …,,

Hotel was better than expected from price. But would have been useful to know it closed over the lunch hour. Otherwise very good

Well located. The staff were very helpful in suggesting restaurants etc. for our evening meal and where we could buy baguettes for our train journey onwards.
