It was perfect! We made a spontaneous reservation and they were ready when we arrived 20 minutes later. We got a room at there collaboration hotel "Victor Hugo". Staff were at both places. Breakfast was good. Bed was perfect. Bathroom was perfect. It also has a little bar and lounge area. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

I have nothing to complain about.

Thé location was superb. Quiet, yet very close to a number of good restaurants, cafés, bakeries, historic sites, & downtown. We had a couple of special requests and the people running the hotel were exceptionally kind and patient. We needed a taxi, which is difficult, and they called more than once, confirmed, and waited with us to make sure the taxi arrived when scheduled. They were ready to call if the taxi failed to arrive. The breakfast was quite good, including fresh fruit, pastries and breads, cheeses, meats & eggs served in a spacious breakfast room. I absolutely recommend this hotel and the charming town of Pontorson.

The hotel is in transition, but managed to be clean, attractive, & well run. No complaints at all.

The room and ensuite bathroom was very spacious. There were lots of channels on the TV There was foldable luggage table for my bag. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a lovely garden to sit in and it was close the train station.

There was no hook for the shower head if you wanted a shower instead of a bath.

We had a triple room and a little bath, so my 3 yrs old child wad very happy bathtimes in the evenings, that made my life easier :)

My dream hotel would be that I can wash some cloth and hang them to dry somewhere, but hotels seem to work against it. Even the hangers were without hook. :)

This is a traditional, clean hotel with a traditional breakfast service. The room was cozy in a old fashioned way, and the staff were professional and kind.

The garden shown on the pictures didn’t seem to be available for the regular customers. The room didn’t have a shower. There was a shower head in the bath tub but nowhere to fasten the shower head. And no shower curtain.

The breakfast and bedrooms were very good. We had lots of space.

There is a very high charge for the spa which it doesn't tell you clearly before you arrive. We were disappointed about this but we didn't use it as a result.

A pleasure to stay. the room is very comfortable , with windows facing a garden . extremely helpful and pleasant staff . parking on the street was very easy . wonderful breakfast . nice bathtub that I used with a lot of pleasure . please note that all restaurants in the area are having a break 2-7 pm

bathroom had 2 sliding doors - a bit unusual not not a problem

I stayed one night in an exceptional room with bath and shower. Staff were very helpful, my car was secured in a locked car park over night and my bed was very comfortable and when I switched on the TV it was already tuned in to the BBC News service. Faultless stay.

Cleanliness, breakfast in the morning is the best in France (mind you, it's way below German style, but is good). The staff is very polite and very helpful, eager to make your stay pleasant. Public parking at 25-30 meters, not too crowded and has a charging point. The SPA is there but did not visit.

This is not related to the property in any way! The restaurants in this area are full of very rude waiters and are also unclean. But the McDo is reachable by car.

Perfect location for the visit of Mont-Saint-Michel. Very good breakfast with excellent pastry from local bakery, half price of breakfast fee for children.
