Like everyone else has mentioned, Valerie is very friendly and helpful. She helped us plan our visit to Mont Saint Michel and also to take the coastal route to Saint Malo via Cancale, which was beautiful! The stay is good value for money, the garden is amazing and so is the pet chicken Josée :) The breakfast was ok. The location is very convenient with shops, bakery and restaurants nearby.

The fridge was a bit noisy at night and we could also hear our neighbours walking at night which interrupted our sleep but we mostly got used to it the second night :)

What a nice place! And what a friendly hostess! We stayed for 2 nights in an attic suite and it was perfect: Spacious room, very clean, tastefully decorated! Valerie is such an interesting, polite and fiendly person! Our son enjoyed so much feeding lovable Josée (the pet hen) with her! The property is located in an enormously interesting area on the border of Normandy to Brittany. It is really difficult to plan which place to visit and choose among all of them! And... breakfast, in simple words: delicious, ample, really french!!!

This is a gorgeous B&B, we stayed in the attic room which was very comfortable, the bed was especially cozy. Valerie is such a lovely host, she was very welcoming and helpful and made us feel at home. The garden spaces Valerie has created are beautiful, lots of private areas for guests to relax. And the breakfast was delicious, great coffee too! I highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed.

Located some 10 km from Mt St Michel it is a great jumping off point to visit this sight. The town is small so that you walk across all of it in 15 minutes but has all amenities that you need. The B&B itself is really beautiful with a wonderful garden to chill and have a nice coffee outside. The room we stayed in was much nicer than it appears in the picture, sparkling clean and stylishly decorated. It is very generous in terms of space, even for our family of four. Breakfast was a typical French continental breakfast with lots of croissants, baguettes, jams, yogurths etc. There is also a fully equipped shared kitchen which you can use to cook own meals which is not that obvious from the listing itself. And of course Valerie was very accommodating and friendly, thanks a lot!

Location of the toilet was somewhat odd (downstairs, virtually outside of the room). Check-in hours sound very tight, but I am sure Valerie would accommodate you if you need to check in outside of this window - just need to be clear about that (we were touch and go on arriving by 8pm).

I really enjoyed my time at Valérie’s place, she is a wonderful hostess. She will give you really good advices about places to see and do around. The room was very comfortable, clean and cozy. Pontorson isn’t far from le Mont St Michel and you will have more restaurants options and nice things to see rather than staying where all the hotels are. Breakfasts are delicious and the garden is super cute. Thanks a lot 💛

I stayed there with a family member and it was truly amazing. The facilities are excellent, and the surroundings are very nice. The garden is beautiful, with lots of nice corners and tables where you can rest and have some wine at the end of the day. The facilities in the room and the host were flawless. The breakfast was really good too, typically French breakfast with good quality items. You can rent some bikes and go to Mont St Michel, which is what we did.

I enjoyed everything! The location is great with some restaurants options a short walk. The house has a beautiful garden! The room is very confortable and clean. The bed is excellent. It's possible to park in front of the house for free. Valerie is very friendly and helpful. It's very convenient to visit Le Mont Saint Michel and Pontorson is nice too. I recommend!

The host is a nice lady. Very helpful and friendly. Our room is big and spacious. Clean and tidy. Although the attached toilet is a few stairs down. We got use to it, not a problem at all.

I was racking my brain to think of something that I could complain amongst every tiny details, unfortunately there’s NONE! Location is perfect, needless to worry about parking at all. Room is super cozy and clean (trust me, I found no dust with my finger even on the shelf nor the frame of the window), not to mention the owner of this beautiful b&b is extremely kind, hospitable and bubbly! Oh, and .. you might want skip your lunch because of the breakie, it’s great and I also mean great in porpotion. All in all, it’s flawless!

Our host Valerie was exceptional. This was a very beautiful B&B place to stay. The courtyard was beautifully gardened and kept immaculate, The breakfast had fresh coffee, orange juice, pastries, baguette, meat and cheeses. Thanks again to our very friendly hostess. Vic & Sandra
