location is perfect, so close to metro station so you can go everywhere in the city, clean and safe, receptionist is super, internet in the hotel 10/10, breakfast should be better

we didn’t like the waiter in the restaurant, the first morning of our staying he didn’t gave us to finish our meal, in exactly 10 o’clock informed us in a rude way to leave the restaurant because breakfast was finished. please be a little bit polite with your guests

Great location to access La Defense Arena and very close to the Grand Arch and train stations. Hotel staff very friendly and rooms were comfy and clean. Food was delicious at the restaurant and staff were lovely.

The restaurant/bar could have been open until later for hotel guests, particularly at the weekend or after the concerts at La Defense Arena when a lot of guests were wanting to socialise after the show.

The hotel had excellent service and the rooms were comfortable and clean. My son used their gym and it was also clean and reasonably appointed with equipment. The final bill was exactly what we expected and they didn't play any games which I appreciate. Also, the front desk speaks good English which is helpful. They also offer a lounge area with soft drinks and a coffee machine, but it is an additional 20 EUR a day. The location near the Les 4 Temps mall is ideal for families who want to be close to affordable amenities and still close to the metro for sightseeing and getting to popular tourist spots.

The restaurant is lovely, however, the food was subpar relative to the restaurants at the mall nearby. The other thing to mention is that the hotel doesn't have air conditioning or a thermostat that manages the temperature like they do in the US. It has a high, medium, low setting, which was hard for us to get the hang of. We were able to open the window and it was comfortable for us because it was autumn. But if you are travelling in the summer, you want to pay attention to that or get more information.

Location, appearance, friendly staff (Ana, Sasha and David special thanks). After our initial dissapointment we liked everything. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite which was spacious, well appointed and comfortable.

Very difficult to access if driving. Once we arrived our initial room was not great, the air con didn't work, we had 1 pillow for 2 on a queen sized bed. The mini bar was empty and warm. When I sasked for extra pillows and some water for the fidge I was told by the night desk come down and grt them myself which is not acceptable in a 4 star hotel. The following morning we were going to check out, but having spoken to Ana about the issues she resolved the situation and the holiday was excellent.

Location is excellent in very modern area in Paris as Business park with very big walking area and you can rent scooter (from Lime app) as it is near very large shopping mall with plenty of variety of local and international restaurants and brand cloths shops just 5 minutes walking and near to Train and tram station (underground) 3 minutes walking. Staff (from reception to security) are all skillfully and friendly. Thanks to All as Making my family stay at this hotel very welcoming and lovely..

some times there are slight not good smell in lefts and corridors!!

The location and access were very good. the room is wide and comfortable,in the bathroom you have the minimum necessary and if you want more hygiene products you have to ask for them at the reception. The staff was very pro and polite. Breakfast was ok.

What I liked least was the hotel restaurant. I think that is too expensive for what they have to offer. Besides that i recommend the hotel.

the location was perfect, 3 minutes walking to La-Defense Metro station and Westfield shopping center.. also there is many of restaurants nearby.. the rooms were very clean and the beds are super comfy, the rooms were too quiet we didn’t hear a voice in our room. defiantly we will be back

only 2 minor things: we had a difficult time when we were tying to get to the hotel on our first day, as google maps was giving us a wrong directions! the pillows were to soft and there only one pillow

Housekeeping, water at reception, service is excellent and location is good for walking to the near mall which has Auchan supermarket, Starbucks and other brands

AC is bad and when we open window it’s noisy! Location is good for walking but for cars bolt and uper and other apps usually refuse to come there ! It takes time to find a car and sometimes we have to walk to near station

Great breakfast selection. something for everyone. Very convenient location with easy access to shopping, offices and metro station. Staff were very friendly and able to help with any reasonable request. We had a family room with two double beds and it was just perfect for family of 4. Rooms were clean and tidy and very comfortable.

Room was clean and comfortable, liked the kettle to have mint tea in the room, quiet was important, and it was a good night sleep, for Paris Marathon

Some nicer guests!!, there were some very rude, very arrogant guests who behaved horribly to reception team, with no justification at all! Reception and the team should not have to put up with such awful people!
