This hotel is very nice ! The facilities are amazing and the rooms are incredible, with a special mention to the bathroom and the bed that we really enjoyed. The location, in the heart of La Defense is perfect, and very easy to access with public transportation or taxi.

We had some alarm testing during our stay, that was unexpected, and that woke us up from our nap. It would just have been great to be informed about it in advance. Nothing bad to say besides that !

Hilton rooms are perfect in size, and quality. the staff was helpful and polite in general, and the service in the restaurant is perfect.

first: Room does not have a garbage basket in the room. only a tiny one in the toilet. second: breakfast was not up to the limit or expectations as per my history with this hotel in previous stays. they removed a lot of items such as smocked salmon and different types of cheese. third: hotel to airport transportation: two different prices given to me by the reception guys, and once arrived at the airport the higher was asked to pay in cash. No credit option. I did not expect this from Hilton, and I expected to pay it in credit on the hotel bill. one it was not added, I thought I will pay it in card at the airport.

Big and quiet room in the refurbished section but it is strange to be in the shopping centre in the CNIT. Friendly staff at reception. Very good location for a business trip for La Defense beside all towers and facilities.

Bad smell in the bathroom when I came in, I had to run water in the sink, shower and toilet for 10 mns to get ride of the bad odour. Very bad TV network, could not watch the world cup game on the main French channel TF1, BBC ok. After 9 pm, you have to ring a bell at the entrance of the shopping center to get in :-(

The beds were comfy the staff were really kind

It's in a shopping centre which I wasn't aware of thats probably fault on my part but there's no outside daylight and at night you can only get in by ringing the hotel, there was also some renovations going on which is fine it was just a really chemical smell of paint, you can't open windows or that either, and the room was really underwhelming for price honestly

Close to Metro. Rooms are spacious. Good breakfast with a friendly reception

For Housekeeping a very low score. In the shower were still hairs in the drain of the previous guest.

coffee is not replenish everyday.its difficult to go out early in the morning as the hotel situated in the mall.all gates are closed.not flexible for the hotel occupant.need to change the room due to heavy construction and its smaller room with same price

We asked the reception staff for recommendations of where to eat but were just advised to stay in the hotel

The room design and bed sizes are very spacious and cozy.

The hotel entrance for cars is quite complicated but once you aim for the thumb statue, you'll be fine.

Very quiet. Breakfast and service (breakfast) very good. Suitable for families, good connections to the centre.

But!!!!: Room was only cleaned, when you requested it (they didn´t inform you before). If you stay with 4 persons in one room and you are coming home late evening and everything is looking like you left it in the morning - that is a very sad regarding the service communication

The location was good and just near the metro .The room was spacious and the bathroom was renovated..

Nothing in the hotel facilities.. Just they were renovating some rooms but it didn't bother us.
