The location is great and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. On arrival, when I asked if there was a map, the receptionist was super helpful & gave me a printout map & pointed out the main areas of interest and gave us restaurant recommendations

Its only a little thing....Being British....we do like milk in our tea & coffee but unfortunately there was none in the room, I did ask the man in reception and he gave me a jug of fresh milk which was kind Also there was only one cup (paper) for our tea/coffee and it was a booking for 2 so I took the paper cup from bathroom to make it up & expected the cup in bathroom to be replaced but it wasn't.

- Very friendly staff, they were happy to explain in French and English and were very clear. - Good facilities, we didn’t have breakfast, but the room was very clean and had everything you would need for a city break. - Very comfortable bed. - The hotel is in an amazing location - right in the centre of Rennes, making most things a short walk away. There are also lots of bus stops nearby, including the C6 bus to and from the airport. The Metro service is also very good.

The only downside was that the room was a little on the small side, but having booked a ‘cozy room’, we were expecting it!

The location is superb right in the centre but extremely quite as we were a family of four two adults and two children the apartment was a good size to fit us all and the layout was clever with a beautiful interior that was obviously thought out. We even found a lovely place for dinner close by and a a cute bar behind the building for a glass of wine. It was everything and more we could have expected. Our visit was just a stop off for one night but would definitely come back to Rennes and stay here.

Maybe the tiny stairs getting up to the apartment but that added to the french charm I think.

The air conditioning worked well without any noise. The hotel's free access to a variety of teas and coffee, along with the 24/7 reception, added convenience. Considering the quality of service, amenities, and prime location, the hotel offered great value for shorter stays. In conclusion, while there were minor areas for improvement, Le Nemours Rennes Hotel provided an enjoyable experience. Its central location, charming aesthetics, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful amenities make it a recommended choice for travelers seeking affordable accommodation in Rennes for shorter trips.

During my stay at Le Nemours Rennes Hotel, I found a few minor areas that could be improved. The room and bathroom were on the smaller side, which might not be ideal for guests requiring more space.

Clean, modern but best of all was the location. In easy walking distance of everything in the centre. Rennes itself is such a great place to visit. We spent two nights there exploring and there was plenty to see and do. It really has a vibe about it. There’s a break bar right opposite the hotel on a corner which was a great place to sit, chat and people watch. On the same corner, there was a lower down place which was great for coffee and breakfast.

Cleanliness and daily housekeeping. Helpful, chearful and accommodating staff. Location central to everything, the town, the shops, the café and walking distance from train station. Room facilities are great, comfortable bed. Even the sofabed was comfortable for the kids. The kitchenette facilities were complete. The big windows are great for having morning coffees.

The big pillow, i like thin ones. It would be nice if slippers were provided. No washing machine (laundry facilities in the room)

We stayed in one of the apartments which are in a building across the street from the main hotel, and run from the hotel. As it was an apartment, I thought that it was on a self-catering basis so I was very pleasantly surprised when we had our apartment cleaned daily. The apartment is extremely spacious (we were two adults and two children), extremely comfortable with everything we needed in the kitchen (we even had a pizza cutter, which was a great surprise when we had brought back a takeaway pizza!). The location is excellent - very central, close to many cafes, bars, restaurants, bus lines and within an easy walking distance to the train station.

Just be warned that there is no lift in the apartment building.

We were in the apartments, with a puppy, it was almost perfect. We had been advised that there were no elevators, and we were OK with that, but the stairs are old, and at places the light is not perfect, and we are older people, so that we had to be extra careful on the way down. We could have asked for a lower floor a the time of booking, our mistake. We were able to walk everywhere in the city, or even at time take the metro. The hotel is in a perfect location. Breakfast was good, and the personal was really soooo nice. We had a great time Highly recommend!

The stairs as mentioned above. Good to know: no AC in the apartments. Easy to get a draft between ample front and back windows. Only issue: seagulls cackling at the back and pigeons cooing at the front, and both very loud. Did not really bother us or prevent us from sleeping, but be aware of it

Good location and friendly obliging staff who could also easily speak English . Clean and tidy bedroom and comfortable beds. Relatively cheap to stay at with non cooked breakfasts available

Bedroom small and hard to find room on the floor for suitcases. Lighting could be improved. Carpet along hallway was stained. Paper cups for coffees or tea in bedroom. Struggle to seat guests in breakfast area

THE APARTMENT HAD ALL THE NECESSARY AMENITIES. ITS BIG SIZE WAS COMFORT FOR A FAMILY. IT WAS RENOVATED AND PLEASANT TO STAY.

THE STEPS THAT YOU HAVE TO CLIMB WITH YOUR LUGGAGE BECAUSE OF THE ABSENCE OF AN ELEVATOR. UNFORTUNATELY, THEY ASK FOR A GUARANTY OF 300€ FOR NO ACTUAL REASON. ALTHOUGH THEY RETURN IT, THIS IS A SIGNIFICANT LOST OF YOUR CREDIT DURING A FAMILY TRAVEL.
