Very nice staff, we arrived well ahead of the check-in time and they kept our luggage in storage so that we could visit the city. The personnel gave us a city map and provided a lot of useful information. The hotel is just in front of the train station and walking distance to the city centre.

There is no A/C in the rooms, so we slept with the open windows. The location is quite noisy, especially from early morning. The bathroom was very tiny and humid, with traces of mould in the shower. .

10 feet from the train station, they did let me in 30 minutes prior to check in time, desk people super friendly I recommend 100%

The room could have been a little bigger, but it had a beautiful view on the new train station. The location is great if you travel by train or bus. There are a lot of shops, bars and restaurants around, but you have to walk ~10-15 minutes to the city’s heart. There was a kettle, tea and coffee :-)

No AC meant sleeping with open windows, which in turn meant traffic noise starting before 7 a.m. The provided fan didn’t cut it for us temperature wise.

The staff were lovely and very helpful and the buffet breakfast was great. The location was ideal and we would stay there again. The hotel also had useful information on places to visit along with recommended places to eat within the vicinity. We tried a couple of the recommended restaurant/cafes and they were excellent.

Great location, bed superb, quiet room, very reasonably priced, room not large but plenty of soace. Front desk manager incredibly helpful! My French cousin's young son left his cellphone in our rental. He agreed to keep it until they can come pick it up. The breakfast was superb (the croissant rivaled some of the best out there, same with the cured meat). Also, hotel is 2 minute walk from TGV and very short distance from historic center.

A nice hotel, conveniently located close to train station if you plan to use public transport this is perfect. Also it's a walking distance from historical part of Rennes. Reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the hotel also seems very safe, in the night they control who enters the building.

Not good insulation, I heard noise of other guests from the corridor. Also they didn't clean in the weekend, there was no room cleaning service on Sunday morning, I don't know how it works other days.

Excellent location right in front of the train station. Lots of restaurants very close by, and a short walk to the city centre and bus station. Room was compact but cozy and very clean, facing the back so there was no noise even with the window open. The shower was surprisingly good, and the hotel is very eco-friendly. Youan on reception was super helpful with directions etc. I would stay again if I am in the area.

After a train trip from Paris this was a perfect base. Reception was super helpful and our rooms very comfortable.

Our room faced the station and there was a little noise at times, but this was to be expected when we made this choice. We’d definitely opt for this accommodation again.

Location excellent. Directly across from metro, train and bus station. The staff were extremely helpful in every way. There were lovely restaurants and a local bar- Station Bar- just beside hotel. It was a 10 minute walk into the city centre. I ate in the Cafe de Rennes a good few evenings. Again just beside the hotel. Lovely staff and atmosphere there. I got a take away coffee every morning in the Epicurie de Joseph next door to the hotel. Beautiful croissants, pastries, take away lunches and coffee there . I had breakfast some mornings in the Creperie beside hotel. Lovely crepes there. I walked across to the bus station and hopped on a bus at 10am which brought me to Mont Saint Michel. Its an hour away and cost for a round trip was 25 euro. This was an incredible day out for me and a place I always wanted to see. The room was cleaned every day and was very clean. I had booked a double room and the bed was a king size bed, Convenience of hotel was really brilliant for me.

The room faced the train station and there was construction going on, and it was difficult to sleep with no air conditioning. They did do the best they could for us by bring in a air freshener, and a small fan. Simple access to the train and bus depot.
