Loved the hotel, the staff were amazing, so friendly and very helpful, food at the restaurant was good and the location was brilliant.

The hotel was awesome and we loved our stay. My only negative and the only thing that needs rectifying is the entrance to the pool. You had to step into a hole of slightly mucky pool water or climb to the left where there was a bit of wood covering another hole to get in. So not exactly ideal and is an accident waiting to happen.

it’s modern and clean. Room was comfortable. It’s dog friendly. it is located next to a large shopping complex which wasn’t ideal for us but I can see that other guests would enjoy this.

Although dog friendly, there is limited space for exercising a dog who has been travelling in a car for a long period of time as it’s situated in a shopping complex. However we were travelling off season and it was raining so we didn’t have the opportunity to explore the hotel’s outdoor space as it was closed. The restaurant was cold. everybody was wearing a wrap and asking to move away from the air con blower.

We arrived at 1.30am as our ferry was delayed and the young chap who was on night duty was super helpful and very efficient. Check in was a breeze. The bed was massive and soooooooo comfortable. The room was great and perfect for an overnight stay. Breakfast buffet was superb and the maitre de was very friendly and welcoming. Loved our stay

Nothing it was just what we needed before we headed of to Cognac the next day

The room was a good size and well fitted out. The breakfast was fine and there was plenty of choice on offer. The bed was very comfortable and we all had a good nights sleep. Parking was convenient as I am disabled and need to park near the entrance.

We couldn’t make a hot drink in the room as there wasn’t sufficient equipment ie no milk or cups

The hotel has a large gated free parking, an affordable restaurant. I was also surprised how quiet the surroundings were. The rooms were spacious and clean

Outside swimming pool was not heated, problems at the checkin because at first they did not want to give us the rooms we booked (bed plus sleeping couch). Later we did get them

The facilities were great the room was well maintained and cleaned Daily breakfast was plentiful for continental. The venue is located to a shopping centre that has many places to eat and a very large carrefour. You are not affected by traffic noise and not far from the town centre if you would like to venture a little further

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast had a good choice. Good connection to the city center of Rennes.

The location was great as we were travelling through so not out of our way. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in.

Staff were friendly but could have been better dressed. The restaurant staff didn't seem like they wanted to help more that they had to.

My daughter and I were able to change to a twin bed room from the double and sofa bed room when we arrived which suited us better. At the time of booking this wasn’t available. The receptionist was very good and helped us move and showed us to our new room.

The decorations, facilities and restaurant were top notch. Everything is new and high quality and the staff was just delightful. The toiletries were from Rituals

The only thing I can mention is that there was no conditioner in the bathroom.
