I had read previous reviews and was a little dubious if we had made the right decision to stay here during our travels through France. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my concerns were unfounded. There was plenty of parking above ground and I believe there is also underground parking. Staff on arrival were polite and welcoming. I was asked from the outset if I would prefer to speak French or English. Although I can get by in French, the English spoken by staff was more than adequate. The restaurant gave great choices for dinner and breakfast, again with attentive staff. The room was clean and comfortable with the rare French addition of kettle and coffee. Yes the hotel is located within an industrial estate but this is pretty typical for France and if you don't like it, book somewhere else. Having said that, I didn't witness any interference from the estate on my visit. The hotel was being used by families, couples and workers but the ambience was very tranquil. We didn't use the pool or spa do cannot comment on that. Reception staff were exceptionally helpful on our departure when we found we had a flat tyre. They were able to recommend a local garage to get our tyre fixed at an exceptionally reasonable price. All in all I would stay again and would recommend to others.

The pool, gym, bar area, outside seating, showers, beds & location is brilliant.

I did not like the fact that you have to pay again for the rooms after you have pre-paid for them through booking.com - kyriad will refund you after a couple of days later, once housekeeping have checked the room is acceptable…do they think people still throw TV’s out of windows!?! Will Kyriad be aligned in thinking that what we think is what they think is acceptable & why do we have to wait days for the refund…I get a holding on a credit card but not physically charging & taking the funds on your arrival.

We only stayed one night , as a stop off on our drive from U.K. to Malta . Chosen because of its location just off the motorway and it being dog friendly . The room was comfortable and clean . We ate at the restaurant, that offered a buffet style meal . The food was good and they allowed our small dog to sit under the table , which was helpful . The parking was plentiful . Didn’t have time to use the other facilities, as this was just a stopover in our journey.

The location on an business park , makes it very quiet but a bit isolated from other restaurants etc

Room was lovely and clean, as was all areas of the hotel we saw. Breakfast had good options and looked well presented. We had dinner one night and the food was delicious. They had a QR code on the table you could scan and it would show the menu in English which was very helpful. There was an area in the lobby that had 2 foosball tables, a pool table and dart board which was good fun. There was also a smallish bar area to get a few drinks. All the staff we spoke to were very nice and helpful.

The hotel is in a very industrial area so you would need a car to travel around. If you are only staying for a day or 2 for a particular reason and not really for sightseeing etc. (unless you have a car) this is a very nice hotel to stay in.

We loved the huge bed and also possibility to have a swim and usage to the gym. Rooms were super clean as well. Also the restaurant was good (both dinner and breakfast - but order alacarte, not buffet). Staff was super friendly and nice.

Poolarea did not have private changinrooms or private showers (we double check that from the poolstaff). Had to go to the hotelroom with wet swimwear and wet the floors due to that.

The comfort of the room was excellent, the breakfast was good, and the pool area was very relaxing.

I booked the hotel thinking it had easy access to the Lyon stadium, but when I arrived, the only option they offered to get there was by taxi. However, we found that there is a bus (line 76) with a stop just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The area is safe for walking that distance, but the last bus is at 8 p.m.

The rooms were comfortable and beds were great. Room to relax in chairs provided. Free use of gym was much appreciated after 2 days on the road. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and lots of choice. Staff very helpful and friendly.

One of our rooms had a smell coming from the sink. Very strong. Plug back in stopped it and I reported to Reception who said they would sort. Other room was fine.

This was the second stay traveling across Europe. Always amazing. The hotel is clean and wonderful with lots of facilities. Special thanks to the hotel's chef. The evening meals are always superb. The steak was cooked to perfection. Breakfast selections and choices are always amazing. Our favorite stay always. Thank you very much.

The facilities were very good especially the spa area.

Food choices could have been better ,especially evening meal (vegetarian choices etc) . Also , snack menu was really limited , pizza only. Wouldn’t have minded if there were other places to go close by but ,there weren't. No shop within easy reach either.

The property is situated in a calm area, so no cars are honking. The property is well-maintained and the facilities (pool, rooms, shower, etc.) still look very new and modern. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. We appreciate the small details like the welcome message with the guest's name, on the TV screen and the selection of coffee capsules with the coffee machine. The spa by Cinq Mondes is just magnificent and the buffet breakfast was very good with lots of selection.

The price can be a little steep but it was worth it!
