The apartment is cozy, it's not big but I felt like home. They have 2 bedrooms , living, dining, kitchen and toilet. It's nearby place of interest, you can walk to the bakery, restaurant, supermarket , to the city center. It's a safe apartment too. Their parking lot is protected by a high gate that you can close and open with a code. They have surveillance cam, ( as what the property states)the price is also low price for the stay. The privacy is also protected, they have electric controlled blinds and curtains. They have good amount of towels for ( hand and body) and for the floor after shower. They have kitchenette, refrigerator with freezer, iron and vacuum it's a plus for a clean freak like me.😊

I was thinking that the one in booking iphoto s the partment we are going to stay but it looks different when we arrived there, but it's ok. I'm hoping they have shampoo and shower gel. ( but they have hand soap and dishwashing liquid soap. Next I always look at the toilet seat and under it, I'm not so happy to see stains there. 😊 We were looking for handles of pots, we found it on the last day of our stay. It will also be more convenient if there will be more coaster because I love to cook. They only have one ☹️

Lots of space, a home away from home feel. Perfect for traveling with a baby. All the essentials plus more that you could need. Excellent location for walking to st Quentin, parc d’isle and lots of day trips. Quick communication with staff through messenger. 2 Fans in the room to help with heat - we stayed when it hit 29 degrees and the place stayed cool. Nice firm bed, excellent powerful hot shower.

Noisy floorboards made you feel bad for the people below but not much you could do! When you first arrive the car park feels a bit sketchy with what I assume was locals hanging about but it was absolutely fine and had no issues with the car. Car park in itself is quite an angle to get in to and a steep ramp which scrapped the bottom of the car every time but nothing major and you get used to the tight turn in to the car park! However for the price, these niggles really are minor.

Great location (it may not appear it to begin), lots of restaurants within walking distance. We had 2 apartments, but could have managed with one (2 adults/2 kids). The apartments are easy to access and spotless. We only stayed one night, but there is enough space and facilities to stay longer. The secure parking was a must for us as we were travelling further south and didn't want to leave the car and contents on the road. The entrance to the parking area is a little tight if you are in a big vehicle.

It was all good.

This was a lovely, spacious appartment very close to the centre of St Quentin. It was very clean and well-appointed with a comfortable bed. You couldn't ask for more. Finally, we mislaid a set of our own keys in the flat. Sophie found them and has posted them to us in the UK - EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!

Not much to say here as everything was fine really. We had use of a secure, off street parking space which was great. You have to climb a few stairs up to the flat, but that wasn't a problem. In fact the old staircase was beautiful and very well-polished. It gave a great first-impression. Thank you Sophie

The apartment was lovely and the location was very good. Nice and quiet area with lovely view from the living room and decorated very well.

The spiral staircase is beautiful except when you want to bring up or take down the luggage. The cleaning crew could see me in distress, However no assistance was offered. Sadly didn’t like the rule book and the extra charges for the smallest infraction. I had nowhere to put my cosmetics in the bathroom so had to use the windowsill.

Great location, nicely renovated and decorated. Good size room. Easy access (keys in key box). Good and clear communication. Parking was easy and secure behind the building.Internet worked well. Location was good and easy to find. Fine for a short stay. No extra charge for having a pet stay and no extra charge for parking.

The bed is very narrow (not really a double at 1.4m wide....) and the quality of the finishes (bathroom, kitchen) are a bit cheap/IKEA and not the highest quality. No shower gel/shampoo provided.

Superb place to stay, I cannot think why you would stay anywhere else in saint quentin! So many little extras in apartment, fab location, quiet at night but close to town and square. Follow their restaurant recommendations as they are the best - especially villa d’Isle.

Only slight downside was the pillows in our room were flat and lumpy and only one each. But the second apartment had fab pillows.

Good parking facilities, and a well equipped apartment. Extremely comfortable. My 'smart' phone was, as usual, not working very well, and you have to be connected to get into the place, so for me that was a problem. However, the staff, when I found them, were extremely kind and patient. A longer stay would have been better, since it offers so much more than I could appreciate on just one night and a mad dash for the channel the next morning.

The apartment was perfect - nicely furnished, and we had everything we needed to live comfortably....would live there long-term in a heartbeat. It was situated very close to Centre Ville - as travellers reliant on rail/air - it was easy to walk to Monoprix supermarket to buy groceries. And it was quiet, peaceful. Important to us.

The sofa became bit uncomfortable, but only if we sat too long....and we shouldn't be sitting too long on a sofa anyway!

Very good apartment in a central St Quentin location in an old building with nice entrance with grand staircase. 250m up road to old town centre bars and restaurants; 250m down road to canal walk, cinema and fast food outlets, ideal area for a dog walk along the canal path. . Parking on site for numerous vehicles but also easy free parking on road or at huge canalside carpark. Nice bright clean en suite. (Note - some reviews mention no door to en suite but it is a sliding pocket door concealed within the lounge wall). Nice to have separate kitchen with hob, microwave, and appliances. The location in the town centre is excellent after a long drive from southern France and only a couple of hours from the channel tunnel.

The decor was well done but a bit gloomy for us all dark green, brown, burgundy etc. Didn't care for the weird pictures of animals dressed in lacy frills etc. staring down above the bed but realise this is personal taste. Also the view from the window was a building site next door which didn't bother us as we're a family of builders and will be better when it's completed.
