The architecture and interior design are very good.

The property is overpriced for what it has to offer. it is situated in a place with a rough sea and when its calm it is full of jelly fish. We actually got poisoned by the jelly fish. There are no nice beaches or restaurants around, the hotel is the only place to be in the area. The restaurant closes very early, at 10.30 or 11 pm. There is no free fresh water in the room. Parking is not included in the fee and one has to pay an extra 25/30 eur per day for parking.

The staff were very efficient from the moment we arrived. Tanya at reception made us feel welcome straight away and offered us a welcome beverage. There was water in the room when we arrived and a complimentary bottle of wine and a gift of honey which was a lovely touch. The staff in the restaurant were very efficient and courteous,. The breakfast was very good and the view was awesome. The pool area was very clean and the staff were very helpful in arranging towels and umbrellas.

The chairs on the balcony could have been more comfortable as I found difficulty in getting up, however I overcame this problem by using the straight back chair from the bedroom. This however could be a problem for guests with poor mobility.

The location, design of the rooms, Récif Michelin restaurant was an absolutely incredible experience, outdoor cinema experience, the staff at reception and the pool were exceptional (one person was even adjusting my umbrella when the sun was turning - he was really incredible and it’s these little attention that made it really special) !! Valet parking was really good and they had an electric charging station.

Building doesn’t look nice from outside (in the back). Our experience at the restaurant La plage were not good- food was ok (but not great) but staff was not so good at breakfast and dinner and really brought down the overall experience of the place.

It's a fantastic location and that lives up to expectations. The terrace and both pool areas are excellent and give you plenty of space so even when its busy you don't feel crowded. Staff are really friendly and work very hard for you. Breakfast is really good quality and a great setting. We would definitely go back.

It's small things really that take it from good to great. Firstly for a 5 star hotel that charge premium rates it should be a midday checkout , not 11am in my opinion. Even at a premium hotel , paying 28 euros for a Margarita is highly excessive and not really knowing how to make one and have to be told , again for a premium hotel this should be standard. The restaurant is pretty good but again there are a couple of dishes that were not up to the standard but the rest were very good , a mixed bag. That said , it's small stuff and if those things can be fixed , all good.

The hotel is an very good location . Food was excellent and staff was very updated about the food ! As well the pool and beach staff were very nice and useful ! Breakfast was excellent as well as lunch and dinner ! Compliments to the chef ! The concierge and stuff were very helpful and knowledgeable !

The dining tables were poor for such a hotel and need to be cleaned more often ! The rooms hadn't enough space for storing cloth ! I expect better room facilities !

The panoramic views from every room of the hotel. We were lucky to have amazing weather and incredible sunsets every night. It was so easy to get around the hotel, felt totally relaxed all the time. The breakfast spread was amazing, and cocktails by the pool even better.

The food from the cabana bar and bistro weren’t that amazing, we preferred our dinners out down the road at Babbo - highly recommend!

The hotel was really quite nice and one couldn't ask for a better by-the-Med location. Unlike much of the clientele, we are not 30-something gym rats, and so cannot speak to the "active" part of the experience. The staff were top-notch and extremely helpful.

A lengthy stay here would require either a very rich uncle dying and leaving a substantial bequest, or embarking on a career as an international jewel thief.

This hotel and the team are the definition of absolutely perfect customer service - always there when you need anything (anything at all!!), always pleasant and happy, and never too much! Fell in love with this magical place and am looking forward to coming back here one day.

The shower in the room is a bit small, accidentally hit the regulator with my elbow while turning around and got blasted by hot water.

It was fantastic. The pool, the room with an amazing see view, the staff, the breakfast on the terrace, and the bed, which was really comfortable. We loved the hotel.

Just to help if you would like to still improve an already amazing hotel, I would recommend putting longer curtains in the shower or a shower door, as the water easily leaks out. I am also not a fan of open bathroom. I like my privacy! But that is a personal preference. Also, the price of dinner at la Plage and of the refreshments at the pool bar are very high.
