We arrived late in the evening and the staff were still friendly and helpful. The room was clean, with air conditioning and the beds were comfortable.

Although everything looked immaculately clean at the surface level, the shower didn't drain properly leaving water levels in the shower tray rising quickly. I suspect the cleaners don't lift up the shower drain and clear it of old hair etc. as part of their procedures. We have had this problem at this hotel before, suggesting cleaning procedures are not as thorough as they need to be.

Very kind personal. Good location - Quiet place, just a few meters from highway, shops and most importantly from amazing nature of french Alps :) Cleanliness. Good breakfast.

Pillows, but that's individual. If you are not good sleeper, bring your own :) Some small closet would be great. There is just small shelf and a few hangers in the room.

Perfect for short stay, our room was too tiny to fit all of ski equipment, great location, free car park, Mcdonalds, large store on the site

Very small size rooms, no option to have lunch or dinner at the hotel, no brochures or any help from staff about any activities in Sallanches ( we met some people there with the same issues).

This Ibis Budget hotel is good for short stay, exactly what we needed. Parking place is good. Good value for money, which is important for places nearby attractive tourist destinations as the Alps.

modern up to date interior, clean, good location, big plus that windows can open for fresh air. staff was kind enough to borrows us a watercooker to fill our thermos as we left very early to go to ski.

an English tv channel would be a plus

Having stayed here only a few nights earlier, we were looking forward to our return stay on our home. A different very clean and comfortable room, with a good breakfast and excellent coffee.

Staff on front desk at Ibis Styles very helpful and accommodating. Room clean and modern with a good sized bathroom. Fabulous view to Mont Blanc.

I stayed in ibis budget for four nights and my stay here was beyond my expectations . In short great value for money, cleanliness , especially measures against Corona was outstanding ( from gloves and mask in breakfast to great attention towards distance and hygiene ) . What made my stay super wonderful was the helpful and super cheerful staff. From General manager who made me best cappuccino and ordered s taxi for me to the super smiling friendly ladies at reception . Breakfast was great with food options . Room itself was like brand new, clean bed linen , towels ( smells fresh as new ) and great view of Mont blanc . All is all , a great , clean and comfortable place to call home for few days . And staff which deserve my great respect as they are the one who created that vibe which made me feel like a friend and family . Highly recommend this place to everyone . And Ibis management should give the staff award as best hotel in their entire chain ( yes from my experience with staying at ibis at other places and countries ) .
