A comfortable hotel in the centre of Saumur with excellent safe storage facilities for bicycles. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times even though the hotel was very busy with visitors attending the annual Velo Vintage Festival. There was a good selection of food each morning arranged buffet style. The hotel is thoroughly recommended for a weekend stay or if following one of the many national cycle routes through Saumur.

Maybe a hot food option including boiled eggs for the buffet breakfast.

The location was excellent in the centre of town but on a quiet road. We had a brand new room which was brand new. What was exceptional was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They could not do enough for us. Breakfast was a perfectly adequate continental self-service.

The shower needs some adjustment to prevent leakage into the bathroom, and this was being attended to when we left.

Google maps took us straight to the hotel. There was secure parking opposite the front entrance. Very comfortable room, all very clean. Kettle in the room which was good to make a drink. Apparently a lift is being put in over the winter. Plenty of the usual continental breakfast. Very handy location to walk round the centre of Saumur with no shortage of restaurants. Used as an en route overnight stop, it would be a good location for several nights to explore the area more.

The hotel is situated at the edge of the historical centre so everything is accessible on foot. It has no lift so hurling suitcases up tiny stairs was not exactly a pleasure. The rooms are all different as although the building looks modern from the outside it s an old building inside. We had a superior double so decent size but not huge either. But the location was the best. They have a tiny garage and have an arrangement with the Carrefour across the road so it s easy to park a car if you have one.

Long mirror inside the bathroom door so none in the room. 97 euros is overpriced

The whole apartment was beautifully decorated with great attention to detail in the finishing touches: cushions, throws, mirrors, paintings, ornaments, occasional tables, rugs etc. All mod cons as expected: wi-fi, air con, tv in living room & bedroom. A great array of equipment in the kitchen. Lovely walk-in shower room & separate toilet. The rooms were spacious and light. We have been to Saumur several times - this is the best apartment we have stayed in.

No negatives to report; all was perfect.

We were disappointed that we were not informed in advance that the car park was out of use and we had to park about 400metres away.

Well located in centre of Saumur close to restaurants and shops. Room was comfortable but small. Breakfast was decent value with a good choice. The guy on reception (sorry I cant remember his name) was very helpful in allowing me to park my Motorcycle in the underground garage even though it was a temporary building site. He showed where to park safely.

Very comfortable stay in Saumur. This has a boutique feel to the hotel, being tucked away down a side street but within 5 minutes walk of the town centre, river and other attractions. The room was comfortable, quiet and breakfast was adequate. Parking across the street was convenient.

Breakfast was a little basic but adequate.

Cleanliness, staff (particularly Max) were most friendly and helpful. The shower was very powerful and easy to adjust.

The rooms were quite small and the bathroom in particular must have been designed for very small people! When sitting on the loo, my knees were squashed against the wall. Also, I am a bit deaf and the TV did not have subtitles for the hard of hearing.Also

Rooms were a little small. The shelf over top of the head of the bed was poorly situated and I hit my head several times on it. The people on the front desk didn’t seem very happy.
