Perfect location for the rugby match we were visiting to attend as adjacent to the Stade Mayor stadium. It was also only a very short walk to the marina where we had a great meal. We also were able to walk to the Christmas market and other parts of town. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good too.

There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. The revolving entrance door caused a couple of accidents on arrival at the hotel - my mother-in law walked into the glass screen as there were no stickers on it so she thought it was an entrance - she was nearly knocked out and had a big bruise on her forehead. Another lady in our group was knocked over backwards landing hard on the back of her head and her bag got trapped in the door.

Breakfast was excellent,the location perfect to reach the port,also only 15 min walking distance from the train station . The personal is very kind and always ready to help you.My departure was at 9 pm,but I could leave in the hotel all the luggage and I could spend the rest of the time before the departure in the hotel in the common area having an amazing time with my husband and my son. I highly recomend thus hotel.

Great location if you want to get a ferry or explore the old town. Modern and very clean, car park just next door.

The thing I really missed was a little fridge/ mini bar to keep my water cold. Also, a water boiler to make tea in the room would have been greatly appreciated. Breakfast was very average, especially for a vegetarian like me. Only one type of cheese and that was cow cheese, no fruit except bananas. The toast was preprepared with ham and cheese 😞 but in France I often find that very difficult.

The hotel is near the port which was important for us as we took the ferry the next day. We were only staying one night and the stay was OK. We didn't use the feature and can therefore not state that it's working, but they provided Chromecast (or something similiar) on a rather big TV screen. I appreciate that the hotel is considering environmental aspects such as providing shampoo/shower gel with in a refill bottle and refill stations for water (even with different choices for syrups). Also, we were able to deposit our luggage the day we checked out. The breakfast was nice. If we would have stayed longer, maybe the room would have been a bit too tiny, however, I would assume this issue always is the same in city hotels.

Avoiding waste and considering environmental aspects are very important to me and I always have concerns especially regarding buffets. We experienced that the pancake-machine was just producing pancake after pancake. I would wish, that especially regarding the breakfast buffet the hotel would consider to avoid waste. Furthermore the hotel provided disposable cups in the bathroom (for toothbrushes) - why not just provide normal glasses? However, those points didn't have a negative impact on the stay - so everything was pretty fine!

Comfortable and spacious room, with a huge bed. Delicious breakfast available and friendly hotel staff, from management to bar staff. Very accessible for the city centre (especially the rugby stadium!)

The breakfast seemed to be attended by a conference, who ate standing up in the middle of the breakfast area, which wasn't very easy to move around. Overnight roadworks were very noisy (but not the hotel's fault)

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was in an excellent location right next to the Stade Mayol and also a bus stop which took you directly to the Mount Faron Telepherique and the Toulon beaches towards Mourillon. The breakfast was good with ample choices. The hotel was right next to a shopping mall and supermarche and very close to the Lafayette market and waterfront restaurants.

There was no toilet brush in the bathroom.

Convenient location, sat on top of a shopping mall by the harbour and the stadium. Staff were extremely friendly and bed was really comfortable. NIce breakfast. Family friendly hotel.

Hard to get access though cause poorly indicated and requirement to park some distance from the hotel lobby.

The staff were all really helpful and welcoming and helped us get taxis and explained ways to get to specific places in the city. Louis who checked us in was amazing and made our stay extra special. As a wheelchair user the facilities were brilliant and made my life easier. Thank you

Everything Was awesome

If you are catching a ferry from the port it is an excellent location. We had a very early ferry to Menorca and were promised a basic breakfast at 4 .30 am but we got the full works. The parking was in the basement ,just make sure you pay the hotel up front as some guests who were catching the same ferry as us had a problem finding the parking ticket machines.

Excellent value for money for such a central location. Almost everything in good condition - it looked as if it had been recently refurbished. Good breakfast and evening meal. Pleasant and polite staff even though there was clearly not enough of them.

Room and corridors a little hot. I would like to have been able to turn down the room thermostat a notch.
