This place is a little gem. I would rate it exceptional, but that would further distort Booking.Com's already broken review system. You can really only use "exceptional" for stunning world class hotels, but that's another issue. But this hotel is really, really lovely, in a very understated way. It's perfectly maintained, perfectly clean, and is stylish. The staff and owners are friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good value for money. Swimming pool was spotless. It's one of those rare hotels where the combination of factors combine to make the whole much greater than the sum of the parts. It's a 15 - 20 minute walk into town, but you can walk along the Rhone if you slip out the back and walk to the embankment. It's quiet. What's not to like? Well, finding it was tricky - the car park is in a dead end street with key code access, and there's absolutely no signage at the rear to indicate you are actually in the right place. Do some Google street view research - Google is correct. The hotel is signed at the front, but it is slightly tricky. Very highly recommended!

Motorbike parking was exceptional and I felt sure I would see my bike in the morning, very secure. Pool was excellent after a hard days ride. The receptionist didnt speak English but was very helpful and attentitive. Rooms were big and very clean and comfortable.

There were no complementary facilities in the room such as a coffee machine etc. The toiletries supplied could have been better especially as it was an expensive stay.

Very helpful staff who spoke very good English and were extremely polite. The bedrooms were spotlessly clean, good sized and the beds were comfy. The shower worked well and the bathroom had a recently refurbished look to it. I will be returning to Tournon Sur Rhone in the near future and will definitely stay here again. oh and the onsite carpark was safe and secure!

Very friendly helpful staff. The hotel is conveniently situated within easy walking distance of the twin towns Tournon Sur Rhone and Tain L'Hermitage. The rooms and ensuite are a good size, modern and very clean. There is onsite secure parking and a good selection buffet breakfast if required.

There are no onsite restaurant facilities and the rooms would benefit from having tea/coffee facilities. Showers are above the bath making stepping in/out more difficult.

The room and bathroom are very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bikes can be stored and charged safely in a garage. The bread for the breakfast comes straight from the bakery around the corner.

Located near a busy road but you can only hear it during breakfast. The rooms on the ground floor are located on the other side of the building and are very quiet.

Hotel was in a central location and there were lots of restaurants in the old town. Hotel was good for a stop over - didn’t have time to use the nice swimming pool unfortunately. Bedrooms appeared to have been recently refurbished to a good standard. Secure parking was good.

We just stayed overnight here & I think that might be their main market. Having said that everything was great. Our plane was delayed and communication with the hotel via the Booking.com app was smooth - they were able to re-assure us that their reception stayed open till 11pm. The room was reasonably large compared to some we've had, it was modern, the bed was comfy & the bathroom also quite a good size. If like us you're looking for somewhere to overnight then this is a good choice.

Friendly efficient welcome. Nice room. Although a swimming pool wasn’t on our list of preferences it was great to have a dip in the heated pool at the end of day. Easy secure parking.

A little way out of town, about 15 mins walk to all amenities.

Hotel was very well appointed - very modern clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely small pool area - perfect to relax in after a long drive. Hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Safe gated car park and a short walk into town. Perfect choice.

The property was perfect! Small pool perfect to relax, big spacious room with good size beds and big bathroom. The hotel was nice a quiet in a great location just 10 minutes from restaurants. Great Pitt stop going down south!
