An excellent location in the centre of the old town. The apartment is in a beautiful old traditional building - the stairs are a bit rickety and the wooden floors uneven, which was all fine for me and gorgeously quaint but might be slightly problematic if you're unsteady on your feet. The member of staff who met me was really helpful and patient (my French isn't brilliant) - she even called me on the day I was due to arrive to explain the parking situation.

The only slight negative is that the property says there is private parking but the charges aren't shown and I wasn't told about the extra charge until I had parked up!

Right in the centre of the old town! Beautiful property but - the room we stayed needed a lot of work. Lovely basket breakfast though!

There was a smell in the room like cat litter. There were nails poking from the old wood floor which could be hazardous for little feet or old feet. We asked for a cot and the bedsheet of it couldn’t be more discoloured … :( pieces of the kitchen cabinets were loose, and the Tv was balancing on a piece of wood on top of a half fridge. Definitely didn’t worth the price!

Fabulous Medieval building converted beautifully right in the centre of Troyes! Excellent conversion and fully modern apartment! Location 2 mins walk from centre and staff (Melanie) was really welcoming and extremely helpful!

Reception is located at a different building however it’s not too far and the area where apartment is a pedestrian area so if you want to stay in the heart of medieval area of Troyes then compromises have to be made regarding access and parking

Location in center town, nice integration of modern appartement with old building. Smart use of available space. Nice deco.

Small shower where one can't stand up straight, spilling shower water on the antique floor can't be avoided (will rot in a few years), pity. TV on a woorden plank on the fridge is makeshift and unstable.

The apartments are located on a restored traditional house. They have everything you need, with comfortable beds and option for breakfast. Very well located in the heart of the city centre.

Personally it is a pity that there was not more attention to detail in the refurbishment done recently. The house is lovely, but some of the improvements have not been made with a lot of attention. For example, water gets out of the shower and on to the old wooden because the door does not close properly. There is no reception at the building so you have to get your keys at a nearby hotel.

Stunning apartment in an amazing location. So quiet, but right in the centre - very well equipped, super-comfy beds and an amazing breakfast. Thanks Pierre!

If you’re driving it’s difficult to get to, as the central area is restricted by rising bollards. We parked 5 mins away, walked in and then Pierre gave us a pass to access the town centre by car. Totally worth it for the lack of traffic all night though!

Great quirky room Pierre was very helpful and the bed and pillows were so comfortable good location and nice gluten free breakfast delivered to our door

The property was clean, the beds were amazingly comfy and the little en suite shower was such a nice detail. Very clean apartment, very comfortable for a big family and in the heart of Troyes. The owner lives closeby and he is always there to help you if you need him

Recently renovated apartment in a very old traditional building in the old town centre. Spotlessly clean. Owner very helpful.

Says Parking is available but this needs to be booked & costs extra. More than 1 saucepan would be useful.
