We love the fresh orange juice. Having battled with coffee pod machines in other Accor hotels, it was great to be able to use the coffee machine, (without needing a barista degree) in this ibis styles. The breakfast always is a joy in Ibis styles-great choice and staff are quick to top up things that are running short.

The new style air conditioning isn’t great. It wasn’t easy to turn it to cool. Our dog found the room far too hot. As we did too! We asked at reception and were shown how to use the gadget on the wall but the one in our room didn’t match the one in the lobby. It would put us off using ibis styles again in the summer months.

This is the best IBIS Styles we have used so far and it appears to be quite a new building/refurbishment. Access and location are very good and it's extremely easy to find. The secure, underground parking was a nice added feature as it gives you that extra peace of mind when overseas. We arrived quite late in the day and the staff were so helpful and informative throughout our stay. Breakfast is served in a beautiful light and airy dining area and the food choice is magnificent! The room - where do I start? Very large, super clean, large shower, separate toilet (excellent), big wall mounted TV, very comfy and supportive bed, impressive thought and use of recycling materials throughout. In short: 10/10.

The hotel was relatively easy to drive to considering it’s only a few minutes walk from the centre of Troyes. Good indoor parking close by at reasonable extra cost. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was nicely presented (as was the whole hotel). Good breakfast.

Our room was very hot and we couldn’t work out how to cool it down (other than to open the window) so some instructions for the air conditioning would have been useful).

Very well designed and eco friendly. Secure underground parking. Good location to walk into centre of Troyes. Comfortable bed and very quiet at night. Good breakfast. Great value

Washbasin and clear glass shower in bedroom might not be to everyone’s taste but was fine for us as a couple( we have stayed previously and other rooms had a separate shower in a walked bathroom so not sure if all rooms now have the glass showers)

Very friendly and attentive staff at the desk, I attempted to converse in my awful French, but was kindly asked if I would prefer English. The staff in the evening and at the breakfast buffet were courteous, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a wide selection of goods, in the continental style, it was regularly replenished and was kept spotlessly clean. The room was clean and comfortable, and travelling with our dog was no problem. It was great for our stop over en route to the Alps and would be well placed for visiting the city itself. Great staff at reception - super friendly and helpful. Room had everything we needed. Good space and well designed storage. Great for our dogs as super dog friendly with lots of green spaces for comfort breaks outside. Very clean, with an easy and pheasant walk to centre. Breakfast was really good too. First decent cup of tea in ages! We travel through central France to get from north to south and back a lot. This is our new favourite hotel.

No safe or fridge in room but not a big issue.

Bright, clean, modern hotel, excellent breakfast included. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Corner with games for children seemed well designed. Great environmental initiatives, including no plastic bottles (hurrah!). Outdoor space was lovely with river/canal running at the end of the garden. Small bar but with a reasonably good selection and access to teas and coffees (make your own)

It was mostly excellent, so I feel picky saying any of this, but we'd really have liked a safe in the room for our passports and valuables. I struggled a little with the air con, but it may have been user-error (we opened the window in the end!) We enjoy a walk, but if you find walking difficult it is quite a step to the town centre. We used the staircase down one morning, but only once as the top step on each flight is not clearly marked and we very nearly fell down.

Room was good except if the same could have been equipped with a tea/coffee maker, it would have added value. Further as the hotel does not have a kitchen and get breakfast arranged from outside so there was limitation though it was compensated well with a warm, polite & well mannered & cooperative staff on duty.

Spacious well designed room. V comfortable bed. Exceptional helpful staff. Great location - especially for our dogs as lots of green space nearby for walks.

Really great hotel - our only niggle was that we couldn’t modulate the aircon so it was a bit too hot overnight.

Comfortable hotel with a nice breakfast included in the price. Although car park is over the road from the hotel, it was very good and secure.

Although tea and coffee were available all day in the breakfast area, these facilities were not available in the room. Bathroom extras were limited. We had difficulty finding the hotel, but this may have been due to a diversion off a main access road
