We were upgraded on arrival, which was a great start to our stay. Fabulous suite. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were superb. Car parking was perfect, albeit at extra cost. The breakfast was great. Very civilised.

Our room was excellent - spacious, very comfortable with stunning views. All areas of the hotel were tastefully decorated in keeping with the age and nature of the building.The swimming pool on the first floor was something to look forward to after a hot day sight seeing. We enjoyed dinner in our room one evening and it was delicious. Breakfast involved numerous choices for all tastes and again was very good. In particular all the staff we met were very welcoming, efficient and a credit to the hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay in this charming hotel. Our room was very clean & comfortable with the added bonus of a small, semi private courtyard. The breafast was delicious & all the staff were helpful & friendly. The hotel is centrally located, a short walk to all the main tourist spots. The roof top swimming pool & viewing area were particularly appreciated. Uzes is a delight & there are so many beautiful & interesting places to visit. There are also plenty of good restaurants & cafes to try.

We liked everything about our stay.

-Love the fact that they were able to preserve that beautiful old building and make something so confortable and well planned. - To be able to include a (small) swimming pool is amazing. The architect must have been quite incredible. - Really well located in the old town: everything that you need to see is very close by on foot. - Family rooms are very spacious and the bedding for both the adults and children is super comfortable! - Nice breakfast and some nice cool jazz playing in the background. - Friendly staff that will let you know what to see and where to go. - The pont du Guard is a 20 minutes drive from the hotel. We highly recommend Boutique Hotel Entraigues and will definitely stay there again

Not much we didn’t like: - breakfast stops at 9.30 where most places we have been too have their breakfast until 10.00 or 10.30 - the bathroom light is very dim, not the greatest when you have to shave. - One needs to reconnect to the wi-if quite often, but it works very well while you are connected

Super location, charmingly renovated building. The staff were flexible, professional and friendly. Our room was spacious, exactly as we hoped, travelling with two young children. Very comfortable beds, everything was clean and in working order. Plus there was a small pool.

We would have liked some drawers for storing clothes during our stay.

very small thing . we thought the breakfast was good but we have had better . Not that much choice ,but what was there was was good ,ok for one night but would get fed up for more .

The location was great (I don't think you can go wrong anywhere though because the town is so small), the continental breakfast had great croissants and a room service option, and we really enjoyed the room with a private balcony.

For the cost of the room, I was really shocked that there were no shampoo/conditioner/lotion toiletries. The only shampoo they had was a 2 in 1 in the a shower dispenser for the body and hair - which of course is not good for the body OR the hair, and left my hair in an awful state so we had to spend money on shampoo and conditioner for just 2 days at the hotel. Also, we went in April and were very disappointed to find the pool was empty. The weather was beautiful and while it may have been too cold to swim, we chose the hotel specifically because it had a pool and we wanted to lay by it and have a drink. I think they should be clear about this on Booking.com rather than showing photos of the lovely pool that is in fact not available year around.

The breakfast was lovely and fresh. The room was very clean with a nice view. There’s even a nice little pool to cool off in. Staff were superb, so friendly and helpful. We were surprised at how large the place was, and the views from the terrace were breathtaking.

There were quite a lot of drain flies in the bathroom.
