Everything was just right for us and we shall be staying with you in the future. It is the perfect location for my wife and I to travel to our holiday home in France with an overnight stay to break up the journey each way. I would like you to pass on sincere thanks to your Receptionist Clementine who met us with a warm friendly welcome; she was very professional, helpful and informative and nothing was too much trouble for her. Breakfast was a bit run down by 9.00. Restaurant was closed on Sunday, other restaurants are nearby as the hotel I'd on a semi Industrial estate.

Very poor lighting in the room-had to sit right under light to work. No comfortable chair to sit on. Irritating that I had to scan a code for the menu for food and drink. Bath towel too small. Ok but probably not quite true value for money Tiny kettle and not much tea and coffee Better signposting from main road would help

Staff were superb. The young lady on reception was simply lovely and really made us feel welcome. Hotel is very nice and rooms are quite large and very well presented. Beds are huge and really comfy. Definitely worth the 4 star rating in our opinion. Decent size car park.

Hotel is surrounded by other hotels/factories/restaurants which is ok but it feels a bit industrial for us. Would have preferred it being a bit more open or having nicer grounds to look at.

Excellent bathroom which appeared to have been recently renovated. Good variety of restaurants within easy walking distance which was ideal after a long day's driving. Very close to major north-south route made finding it very easy.

Passed on breakfast as it appeared expensive.

hotel itself is beautiful , big room and impressed how clean the salle de Bain/toilette was.

there is only one thing I didn't like, it was the front desk officer that was on duty named Anes, this guy was so focus on his phone. He needs to be reminded that he is in his workplace and not at home.

late night check in was smooth, staff very friendly. Private parking at the hotel which is closed at night. Room was well equipped.

We made a reservation requesting a baby cot, which was confirmed by the hotel. On arrival baby cot was not available. Our toddler had to sleep in a large bed, which meant that we hardly slept ourselves.

Loved our stay. Great reception, bar and breakfast. Old hotel designed in the 60s like something from the set of UFO Loved it. Wife was very happy and this was a fantastic start to the holiday. Local beers in the bar are highly recommended. Can't wait to go back!

Stayed there many times because of location as a stopover on way to SW France. New upgraded bathroom very welcome addition.

Small thing.....selection of teas amazing but none were good old English Breakfast.....just fancy teas

Great location for overnight stop on our way South. Very friendly. Super efficient. At least 3 restaurants within walking distance. Family friendly and safe
