Breakfast was superb, the room was wonderful, bed was very comfy, lovely toiletries. Overall I was extremely impressed with everything.

There was a tiny 1 metre slope entering into the doorway of the hotel. This was black ice and extremely slippery. I slipped many times and also fell. It would be much better if the hotel could put some grit or salt down on this bit. It would be brilliant if the staff could highlight that the hotel totally shuts at 11pm and you will be locked out after that if you don’t take the door code with you.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious, clean, warm and modern but without loosing the charm. There was plenty of wardrobe space and we had a large balcony overlooking the piste and main ski lifts but sat in a quiet space. A ski room with heated boot warmers. A lovely lounge/ bar area. Definitely a ski in and out hotel a short walk to town. The staff were pleasant and helpful, they organised our ski passes for collection on arrival and also reserved an underground parking space opposite the hotel.

Nothing to dislike but perhaps some cooked warm breakfast might be nice. A few small maintenance issues in our room but I’m sure they will be rectified soon and nothing to spoil our stay.

We enjoyed the breakfast. Although you couldn't get all types of eggs, we loved having an egg boiler where we could make our own eggs. The baguettes and pastries were great, always fresh and delicious. Also, there was always a variety of charcuterie to pick from. I can't forget to mentioned the fresh squeezed orange juice every morning. What a treat, alongside a great cup of cappuccino.

There wasn't anything that comes to mind since Nicolas, the owner/manager, was always available to make sure your stay was pleasant and that all your needs were met.

My husband and I staying in one of the recently refurbished double rooms and the decor was great with views over the mountains behind. Our 3 kids shared a room for 4 which was in the old style decor, but had lots of space and was very clean too. Nico the owner was super helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him - he helped us book a restaurant and taxi. Breakfast was continental style with boiled eggs on offer - the selection of produce was of a high quality. We only stayed for one night before moving onto self catering accommodation - I wish we could have stayed longer! It's a lovely little ski in/ski out three star hotel with a very nice lounge and bar area too.

Hotel has a very warm & cozy interior. We were in one of the refurbished rooms and they are beautiful. Lobby & restaurant the same. Location is the best, cabins are in front of the hotel. Breakfast is good but not excellent

Some room for improvement for the path leading to the entrance. It was not groomed & very slippery

The breakfast was great - a wide variety of really tasty options - cereal, fruit, eggs, muffins, robust bread, meats, tea and coffee - the best hotel breakfast I've had in a long time. The location was super - just a little off the main street, near the ski lifts, a great restaurant we found for dinner (Bar Jacques), a little grocery and a great bakery, easy to get to everything. The rooms and lobby were very comfortable and attractive, and I was able to swim in their outdoor pool for exercise. And I especially liked the staff, who were super-helpful. I talked to a couple of them, and they are just really dedicated to making this a great place to stay.

Hotel was great for our trip skiing (8 people). Parking and lift passes were organised by the hotel. Great location for skiing, 2 mins to all the main lifts and can ski from outside the door. Ski and boot room (with boot heaters) was provided. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a little dated but nothing that caused any issues and was still very clean. Breakfast provided was great. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely go back!

Excellent surprise. Very spacious room, super clean, modern facilities and with a view on the torrent. Great value for money!

They had already closed all evening kitchen services for the season when I arrived. Be careful: Val d'Isère is virtually shutdown for the season this time of the year (last weekend of August)

Amazing ski in-out location in the hotspot of entire resort and very forthcoming staff lead by Nicolas, the owner who is always around to accommodate any requests. The room was superb and overall atmosphere is very cozy and warm. Proper ski hotel.

Nothing in particular, but if I have to mention something - stairs going to ski room.

Great location with the ability to ski to the front door, nice and comfortable rooms and very accommodating staff.

Hot choices for breakfast were limited but there was a vast range of continental items with options for everyone. Not a complaint at all, just a personal preference as I like hot breakfast over continental.
