The location and the size of the room. The location is perfect for a short stay during a trip from or to the south (we came from Spain on our way to Holland). It is located 1 minute from the highway and you can check in till 00:00 which is great when you are on the move and need a quick stay because you find yourself tired during the trip.

The rooms didnt have airco which can be pretty hot with the windows closed. The rooms have a good fan and windows tho.

There is no negative aspect that I could mention. There is always a smile from the staff faces and also ears that are listening to you carefully and will do everything to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you a lot for letting us stay at your Hotel.

Lovely comfortable good sized rooms particularly if you, like ourselves had children sharing, excellent breakfast with a huge variety of foods you would normally only find in much more expensive hotels, would highly recommend people to stay at this hotel if visiting the area or as with ourselves just passing through!! One last thing which was a huge bonus for ourselves after a long drive, we were able to have a lovely meal in there restaurant ( would highly recommend the salmon 😋)

Absolutely nothing needs changing

Easy to find and well located. Nice, clean room with plenty of pillows and a comfy bed. Shower room and fittings clean and water pressure good. Modern pedestal fan with a "silent" facility. WiFi worked well. Good, tasty meals.

Really can't think of anything, other than it was a pity it rained when we got there, but that was something the hoteliers couldn't fix.

We had to return from Dieppe to retrieve our travel documents that we had inadvertently left in the room and stay another night to catch the ferry the next day and the folder was waiting for us in reception, very honest and efficient. We had an evening meal in their restaurant which was really good. The room was very quiet despite facing the street.

It was all very good, no complaints.

Very good value, very clean bedroom and bathroom. Ideal menu for dinner and breakfast. Dinner was traditional good French cooking and breakfast was plentiful with very good choice. Would stay here again

We came on the first day of opening after French lockdown, with the hotel apparently not yet fully staffed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant was not open so meals were taken in our room. The arrangement was a bit chaotic, for example we had to collect the breakfast ourselves but they didn't explain this clearly. The evening meal was simple but acceptable. I assume that things will be different now. We also liked the location very near the autoroute we were using; and the cleanliness of the room.

In the circumstances, nothing. If we go back, we will expect restaurant service.

Perfectly placed just off the motorway on main road into town. Selection of restaurants in town which was about 3 mins by car or 20 - 30 mins walk depending on your pace (we walked!) Clean, roomy, huge double bed, great powerful shower. Although no air con ( not expected for price) had a fancy standing fan with a silent feature. Didn't want breakfast but they made me a pot of tea (good choice of tea) that I took back to the room. Great for an overnight stopover. Plenty of parking

We didn’t have breakfast but had dinner in the restaurant which was very nice and good value for money. The location for us was perfect as an overnight stay travelling back from the south of France to England, very close to the A20 and A71 motorway exits.
