Highly recommended if you are looking for a charming host that welcomes you into their home, a property with special character and lots of opportunity to meet and talk to people. The hosts were just so lovely, warm and inviting, we had plenty of good conversations and exchanged opinions about our shared interests. So much charm in this little property (the husband is a coin collector and regaled us with stories about his coins, we exchanged some coins/notes, he showed us his very impressive coin collection and even gave us a little sample gift of various coins! We were really very touched by this and generally thoroughly entertained during our breakfasts!). The breakfast was always a great opportunity to chat to the other guests and we socialised really well with the various changing guests that were staying there during our stay. The breakfast spread was great (included, among others: several types of great cheese, an amazing omelette with local eggs, home-made jams, delicious honey, a creative fruit spread, bread from the local artisans, quirky tableware etc. - really all you can hope for if you're looking for locally sourced products).

The warm welcome of our hosts especially the welcome glass of wine, the homemade cake and chat on the terrace shortly after our arrival. The room was lovely and a bit quirky. Comfortable bed, air conditioning, en-suite shower and our own private entrance. Breakfast was excellent, we were asked what we would like the day before and it was provided - fresh fruit, lovely croissants and bread, eggs, home-made jams...... Brilliant attention to detail and private parking on site, it was like visiting friends. Great recommendations for dinner within a short walking distance, We chose the Indian restaurant by the church and it was very, very good. We also went to the other by the park for a drink afterwards; there were a lot of local people eating. .

Nothing to dislike.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts who gave us tea on arrival and an excellent breakfast the next morning. The room was fine and the parking private and enclosed. Our hosts booked a nearby restaurant for us, which we could walk to. Altogether a taste or rural France.

If you want fine dining then you may need to go further afield than the restaurant in the village, but we felt we were lucky that there was a restaurant we could walk to after a long drive.

We stayed here overnight on our way to / from south-west France. This was our third stay at this chambres d'hotes. As before, we received amazing hospitality from Gisele and Bruno - from the drink and homemade cake on arrival to help with booking a local restaurant for dinner. The family room is really spacious, comfortable, quiet and very clean. The breakfast is very generous and delicious. The property is in a lovely setting - in a pretty village and near the river. Many thanks Gisele and Bruno. We hope to visit again.

The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly, offering us home made cake and drinks whilst they gave us information about the locality. The offered us space to leave our bikes indoors. The breakfast was great with lots of fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order.

I have not felt more welcome in a B&B for many years. The hosts were beyond words for their welcome and willingness to share their home and food/drink with us, especially the `man of the house` who was a joker all the time we were there and made our stay very unique and happy. Madame was SO helpful and our room was spotless and comfortable. With what we paid it could never be beaten and was a great experience.

If I had to make any comment about our room it would have to be that the bathroom while still within the overall room area was up a flight of stairs and that was tricky in the dark without disturbing your partner by having to switch the light on. Location was a slight issue outside of the main season as there was an absence of choice for places to eat locally on Sunday but the only real option we had was fine but more options would have been good.

The hosts were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us.. inviting us into their home to share drinks and food as if we were old friends. They made us feel very at ease , helping us to communicate as our French is very poor. Our rooms were very clean and breakfast was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. What a hidden gem with stunning views to make our stay perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

A special place to spend the night. Gisela and Bruno are very hospitable. A welcome drink upon arrival. Nice people to talk to. Nice place to relax for a while. Primary spoken language is French. Parking space directly next to the Chambre d'hotes. The location is not directly next to the main routes, but definitely a place to go back to when we are in the area.

Excellent Breakfast with a variety of food offered including eggs exactly to your requirements. Hosts are very welcoming and are happy for guests to eat their packed teas (outside on the terrace as the weather was good) and provided a small carafe of wine. The gift of the potimarron was appreciated and I enjoyed the soup that was made on our return home.
