The staff were very nice, the girl on the desk could not do enough for you. The breakfast great, plenty of choice. The pool was a good temperature. The Italian restaurant was also good just by the hotel but get their early as by about 7.30pm they were turning people away.

The only thing was that the changing room at the pool was awful. It was quite a small room for everyone to use and after swimming I couldn't get the light to come on. I had to keep opening the door hoping to trigger the sensor. Also there is a door that says toilets but it also says private - I went through the door thinking the changing rooms would be through there (hadn't spotted the small room at this point) fortunately I was still dressed as the 'key' didn't work to get back through to the pool and I had to go through the breakfast room and main hotel to get back round to the pool.

Our room was ready, was well equipped and clean. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The pool was very popular. The restaurant next door (diner) was good for our group.

Our family room had a very strange odour - musty, like it needed airing. Very peculiar! We opened the windows which helped. Disappointingly the gym equipment in the pool area was not available (only one machine out of 3). I wasn't asked to pay when I checked in or checked out, which got complicated afterwards.

We booked an hour before arriving as we’re travelling South through France. It was all very easy and straight forward. We were made to feel very welcome and the design was bright and had great appeal to the whole family. Breakfast was really great, lovely selection and staff were all very friendly

Climbing into the bath for a shower was tricky, it was slippery and no mat was available for inside the bath.

The lady on duty when we arrived was excellent. However she was the only member if staff on duty so she booked clients in, looked after the bar and dud refreshments when required. She did everything in a pleasant manner. Apart from the health & safety issues of loan working I felt that the workload was excessive but she carried out her duties in a professional manner.

Easy to find, sufficient parking available, clean room, good bathroom. A good selection of breakfast options. An efficient check-out in the morning.

The reception at arrival was terrible. The bar and check-in was manned by the same person. She was cleaning tables and serving two people in the bar area, while three people were waiting to check-in. It took too long to check in. The temperature in the room was quite low.

The welcome was good, the room, clean well presented a good space, great shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast was included “ continental with a wide selection of options, something for everyone’s choice. We loved the literally freshly squeezed orange! Location is perfect for travelling south through France from UK, our first night after the channel tunnel. We have booked this hotel for our return trip.

We didn’t find anything we didn’t like

We had to change our arrival time to 23.00-24.00 hours and this was not a problem. We also got some tea and water at this late hour for free. The member of staff on the desk at this late hour was cheerful and helpful. The beds are always extremely comfortable. We have stayed at this hotel many times on our way to the south of France as it is so convenient and never fails to deliver a very good quality stay

The breakfast and breakfast room were all good. The customer service from your staff particularly in the reception area was excellent. The decor theme exciting. Accessible Disabled parking right by the entrance was most welcome . And a swimming pool, tick.

Nothing, perfect for its style and type of hotel.

The hotel is in a very good position to the motorway. We were on our way to France and was an excellent overnight stop. Very friendly receptionist who checked us in. Very comfortable family room, clean and nice bathroom. Good breakfast and there is a very good Italian Restaurant next door for dinner.

Would not recommend to stay longer than 1 night as nothing around that spot.

Bed very comfortable, Breakfast very good. Convenient for motorway.

Decor too quirky for us. Mural of whole wall behind bed was close up of machinery. Not our taste. Bedside tables too small to be useful. Two comfortable chairs would be appreciated. Desk trying to resemble reclaimed material construction.
