Nice spot, lovely overwater bungalow, though not that swimmable from the bungalow, as quite choppy and a little murky, but that may just have been the weather conditions at the time. Nice sandy infinity pool and swim up bar, but other pool being renovated. Check-in and porterage staff were delightful. Le Lotus restaurant’s wine list.

The biggest disappointment was Le Lotus restaurant’s booking/vibe. I phoned the hotel a couple of days earlier and made a reservation for our one night there, which somehow didn’t make it into the reservation book when we arrived. This seemed to stress the young lady managing the restaurant, as she was very terse (the least friendly person we met in French Polynesia in 2 weeks), though she still found us a table. I did note that she seemed to be terse with her staff the whole evening, and they did not seem the happiest in their work. Worthy of a workplace culture review, I would say. To be (constructively) honest, the food was pleasant but staid in style, not really current Michelin 2 Star standard, as promoted in the (electronic only!) menu.

Hotels facilities are amazing from pools to the gym, restaurants are nice and food is amazingly delicious and fresh (hubby has a lot of diet requirements and the chef and waiters were always willing to attend all of his requests). Staff were super helpful and always polite. Everyone we met on the way always greeted us. The view from the hotel was superb: beautiful Moorea island and nice shades of blue in the sea.

The only thing that I think it could improve is the offer of shuttle service from airport to the hotel and back. Taxi is really cheap but as they don’t accept card we have to withdraw local money… it’s such a short ride that all guests would appreciate the gesture. Concierge did advise us about it though. Just a matter of management decision I guess.

The rooms are renewed and comfortable and they have free wifi all around the property. We didnt have any views to the pool or sea as we were on the ground floor but we had a small terrace with a table and two chairs.

The corridors should be renewed and the carpet should be removed as its full of stains due to the rain. We stayed for just 5 hours as we were stopping over before our international flight back home but they didnt offer us any day rate and we had to pay for a full night stay. They should review their rates policies as their proximity to the airport is an opportunity to offer day use rates for those travellers with long waits between flights.

Love that this hotel was only 5 mins from the airport and about 12 minutes to the downtown area. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. We choose this spot as there is not too much to do downtown, so we could have a place to relax when not adventuring out. The room was a good size which a patio facing the trees (we had the regular King Room accommodation), to the right you could look out and see the water. The pool is also very nice ~ you have an area where you can lounge around in the water and also a fish lagoon where you can snorkel, checking out the little fish they have! They don't provide a shuttle from the airport so we got a taxi which came out to about $17 US one way. The nice thing is they do have a shuttle that goes directly downtown and back, which you can reserve with the concierge for $5 one way, per person. If you want cheaper transportation without renting a car/scooter, download the App "HelloScoot". They have yellow scooters all around the area that you can rent by the minute. It made our trip so much more fun being able to come and go as we please (cost about $7 one way from downtown surrounding areas to the hotel).

The food is a bit pricey for the value. We wished they had a microwave in the room (wasn't one in ours), because we brought back leftovers but did not have anyway to reheat it or finish it.

This is one of the nicest hotels in Tahiti. I have been to Tahiti many times and have tried all upperclass hotels. Staff if helpful and attentive. The room is big and comfortable. The breakfast is luxurious and super good. So is the food on th e menu. The facilities are large, with different bars and 3 different pools. I have truly enjoyed my stay. I am a returning customer.

When I arrived, it was Valentine's Day the next day. The hotel did not ask me actively in advance how I would like to dine that evening, if I wanted to make reservations, etc. For the evening I reserved a table but when I showed everything was chaotic and nobody served me. Also the staff behind the bar is no as friendly as I would expect in a world class hotel. They can only manage one order at the time and don't know how to multitask. Only certain staff are allowed to use the register and if they are not around, the guests have to wait and the beer turns warm... The hotel is getting a little old and some renovations of the carpets and floors would be a good idea!

The seawater lagoonarium was one of the best facilities we have seen in any hotel. The ability to swim and snorkel in clear sea water with such a great array of coral and fish was amazing. The hotel provided a cheaper city shuttle service (509xpf per person) to town which is muxh cheaper than a taxi. There are 4 tv channels with the option of english language - this is more than other hotels on the island. Service was fantastic - especially by Teva at the concierge and Sofia at check in.

The hotel is generally a little tired looking, but is clean, comfortable and well appointed. The cost of food is crazily high and the 850xpf delivery charge for room service was exorbitant - especially as the food arrived cold.

Just wow! What a stunning hotel. We stayed at the overwater bungalow. I loved how they have tried to incorporate the natural environment into the hotel, such as the natural pool filled with beautiful fish and the swimming pool with the sand floor, plus the turtle rescue centre. The restaurant on the water was fabulous. The Sunday breakfast buffet with dancers was so good.

My only complaint would be the price of food and drink, though I think this may be the standard in French Polynesia. Plus 20 US dollars for a cocktail.

Location was very good and very helpful staff, letting me leave a case there while I went to an island. The room was clean, comfortable and had a lovely little balcony. As the rain poured down, it was all much appreciated, as was the complimentary late check out! Don't try to reduce the cost like I did and stay somewhere cheap near the airport!

Good breakfast buffet but not really up to the standard I expected. Everything else was lovely though and even a choice of a pool or the beach!

Overwater bungalow was a splurge, but worth it! we spent most of our time in our little oasis, and swam amongst the coral. we spent limited time in the public areas, but for the limited time we did spend at the pools/restaurants I think this property gives a lot of bang for its buck. would stay here again as a stop over to/from the other islands of Tahiti.

Dining is grossly overpriced as is any resort. Not many dining options nearby, cabs get pricey too. Resort attempted to charge a different rate, which could have automatically charged my card $700USD extra had we not caught the indiscretion. Management matched the quoted price in my confirmation from booking.com

Breakfast was always very good, the pool by the Lotus restaurant was very nice as it was not too crowded, and the room was very nice. The staff was always great!

The location of our room 111 was too far from the reception area and we had to walk up the hill to go to the parking to our car. Going to the reception was a bit of a distance walking from room 111 to the restaurant to get on the elevator and up to the front area. I have knee problems…
