The bungalow above the water is simply amazing: direct access to the amazing lagoon, glass flooring to see the water under the room, sharks in the lagoon during the night, swimming pool, nice staff, breakfast in the room balcony above the water, bottle of champaign, free drinks in the fridge... Also easy access to the free carpark

Maybe the activities (diving, jet ski,,,) could be cheaper. Also guests are also a little bit "calm"...no craziness during the evening happy hour...

From beginning to end, everything was great. The facility is on the smaller side and in my opinion that makes it even better since there’ll be a limited number or guests walking around. Not too crowded. We stayed at a beach bungalow that had its own water access and super private. The room was spotless, and the bed extremely comfortable. Restaurants were nice and had enough options to please everyone. At the over the water restaurant we were able to spot rays and sharks at night. The reefs were amazing, and they offer free snorkeling gear plus kayaks and paddle boards. Lastly, cheers to staff for being so kind and helpful. On the day we checked out we were allowed to use the facility until late in the afternoon and before leaving we were offered a room for 30min so we could have a shower and get ready for our journey ahead. Exceptional service.

Nothing to complain about!

We loved the hotel’s private beach area and the whole place is really beautiful. We stayed in a villa with a private plunge pool, which was lovely, clean and spacious. The turn down service and the fact that the mini bar is topped up for free each day was a nice touch. My husband and I had a massage each at the hotel spa and they were amazing! The masseurs were really lovely too.

The only thing we didn’t like was the food. We paid for bed and breakfast, and that meal was pretty good, but we had lunch twice and dinner once in the outside restaurant near the beach and the food really wasn’t that great. And it was expensive for the quality. It just lacked flavour. We were going to have the themed dinner buffet but decided to just watch the show (which was great btw!) without eating as we didn’t want to spend any more money on what could’ve been a sub par meal, so we can’t comment on the buffet dinner as we didn’t try it. Generally I’d recommend going out of the hotel for dinner etc or exploring local places if you have a car.

The location was superb, close to little roulottes and authentic shops. We had one of the premium overwater bungalows at the end of the docks, so a bit of a walk but the privacy was appreciated. We appreciated the bottle of champagne and macarons as diamond members. The snorkeling during our entire stay was great, we are experienced divers and brought our own gear. We saw spotted rays, black tip reef sharks, and all sorts of coral fish. The resort facilities and staff were excellent, we found the breakfast selection was great, especially the egg station. We had body treatments at the spa which melted the stress in our muscles away. The staff made us feel welcome, and we tipped the ones who were extra helpful, which led to some unfortunate inter-staff shenanigans. We stayed at the hotel for a 2 night romantic getaway with sun & sea, after a busy 2 weeks with friends on the islands. Our overwater bungalow was a great base for relaxation.

The rooms could use a refresh. Obviously the prices are high for food and drink, but it's expected at a chain like the Hilton

Amazing breakfast buffet, breathtaking views and location, snorkeling right from your room, very friendly and helpful staff and concierge, entertaining and authentic fire shows, and the lotion/shampoo/conditioner in the room was awesome! This place was perfect, there is nothing more we could have asked for on our stay 😄 If you haven't been to Moorea, I highly recommend it. We did jetskiing, quading, hiking, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, and rented scooters to get around the island.

The scenery and location of this hotel are exquisite. The staff is nice and friendly. Plenty of activities to do on the island, which the hotel arranges for you directly via the sales representatives in the reception area. It feels very private, although it is only a short 20min ride from the ferry terminal. The corals all around the property attract a lot of marine life, with lots of baby sharks, stingrays, and tropical fish visiting every day.

The room decoration is a bit off. Slightly outdated and not entirely comfortable - for example, the outside deck of the overwater bungalow has a weird huge balcony railing blocking the view. The price of the dinner buffet is outrageous, at over $100 per person which is not matched with the offer or quality of the food. The food in general is disappointing, especially at that price point.

The breakfast was very diverse and really tasty. The whole complex looks amazing, and there is a lot of space you can walk around and many activities that you can do. Definitely one of the best stays in French Polynesia.

Unfortunately, both the days we stayed the weather was really bad and the rain was pouring. In this scenario many of the activities and even the bars and grills are closed and you don't really have an alternative. I am not saying it is their fault for this, this is just our experience and just wanted to point out that you can't benefit from most of what this complex is offering if the weather is bad.

The staff were very friendly. The beach was beautiful, clear water with lots of tropical fish to view. The facilities were plentiful, lots of sun loungers, paddle boards and kayaks to use. Snorkelling right off the beach. We had the best villa, No. 48 right on the beach with a plunge pool that we used daily. Plenty of daily water was left each day for our use. Breakfast was amazing. Happy hour betwen 5 -6 pm each day was great too. Beautiful gardens.

The dinner meals were not very exciting. The rooms were older and could have done with a little extra maintenance when you are paying over $1000.00 a night. Saying that we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Loved our king garden bungalow. Service was impeccable throughout. Great to have soft drinks topped up daily. The pool was lovely to cool off in. Beds and pillows extremely comfy and got great sleep. Staff were welcoming everywhere. Cleaning faultless. Breakfast were plentiful and good value as we had it included in room rate. We did 2 show dinner which were very entertaining. The location of house reef means that you get a good variety of fish. It is very safe to kayak and SUP. Our son loved the pool as well as snorkelljng. We had our own gear but this was available to borrow.

Trips were booked up very quickly so we didn't do anything organised by the hotel. The spa was lovely but a shame it doesn't benefit from an over water location. You maybe need a car to get to other restaurants or rely on taxis.

The Hilton could not have been more perfect - the resort is absolutely stunning and every day is beautiful!! The staff are so friendly & seem to love their jobs and their guests!! Definitely recommend the buffet with the Polynesian show on Mondays/Wednesdays. The performers were amazing!

Even though we arrived at 8:30AM, they were strict about not allowing check-in for anyone until 2PM. They told us to check after lunch around 12:30/1PM, but they said our room still wouldn’t be ready until 2PM. Then there is a rush of an entire lobby of guests to check in at 2PM and we ended up just taking our backs so we wouldn’t have to wait longer. The hotel was very accommodating until check-in, though. They let us hang out at the pool/beach and provided us complimentary coffee & pastries.
