Breakfast - I believe this hotel MUST change their breakfast concept. First morning they put expired bread for my kids for breakfast and explained it with - they arent the ones who cook them. On 6 th floor 4 flats kept their doors open, kids in the corridor and noice was making to sleep impossible. Hotel stuff could not help for them to go to their rooms. Rooms are extremely hot which takes long time to cool it down. Hotel shall not keep heaters and maximum power.

This is a good location right at the Kokhta ski lift. The hotel is cozy with warm rooms, provided you shut the door and crank up the heat. The best about this place was Adonis, who solved attended to all our requests momentarily, and he is an example of impeccable service

However, some things could be improved. The sauna has cold drafts on the floor, which messes up overall heat. And shower there has only two modes: Mordor and Arctica. Bathrooms in the rooms could benefit from some divider between toilet and the shower. Breakfast was bland and scarcely had option and taste. And the worst thing in my experience was the slippery marble floor at the entrance. For skiers with snow on the boots there was no traction and I well, with more impact and pain then on the slope at 40 kmph.

Good location. The staff was very attentive and friendly, especially would like to highlight the barmen and the driver. Thank you people The rooms are comfortable and clean.

Breakfast didn't meet our expectations. There was practically nothing hot for breakfast. All food is cold. You won't leave hungry, but breakfast should be better.

Everything! I love that you have a bidet! The spacious bar with billiards and chess are also nice! We enjoyed it! Plus the hotel was close to some restaurants and shops and even ski resorts making it accessible to your other needs. The food was also good and have options if you don’t eat pork..

The bidet wasn’t working in our room but they tried to fix it. But it wasn’t a problem. Our whole stay was all worth it!

- Nice location, good view from the balcony facing the cable car (forward facing rooms). - Play area (Snooker table, table tennis board, chess, board games, etc. - Sufficient parking in the basement of the hotel. - Neat and clean property. - Courteous, helpful and friendly house keeping staff and receptionist. - Comfortable bed, big bathroom, hot water, etc.

Super nice and friendly staff and a very good location just in front of the ski lift.

The lift wasn't working from time to time and the pillows were too firm and uncomfortable. Also the breakfast could be improved. However the staff was always ready to help.

Staff were smily all the time. Mr. Adonis is very cooperative and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Nothing worths mentioning

The meals were delicious, eating was always a delight.

Cannot think of any negative aspects of the hotel.
