It is a really comfortable place and the location is near the skiing. The utensils are clean and new. Receptionists are kind and polite.

I think our room with the kitchen should have the second trash bin and may be dish sponge with the dish soap because there are so much crockery.

- They don't have control over their guests' kids they are running and playing football inside the lobby and in front of rooms.. - dogs are allowed, so you can hear them barking.

Very good location next to skiing, warm and clean swimming pool, sauna, grocery store inside the building, bar and restaurant with European food and friendly service. Everything is very clean, good heating, it gets even a bit too hot in the rooms and around the swimming pool. It is nice to have a small kitchen in the room, it has pots and pans and a small fridge.

A bit noisy, not much sound proofing. Electric kettle in the kitchen had bare cables so we didn't take a risk to use it. Not a big deal, there was a pot to boil the water on the stove top.

Perfect location, helpful personnel always therefor your support.

Hotel should include gowns, it is very important I think. Also, one small elevator is not enough for a number of guests received by the hotel, always busy :((

at the reception during checkin ,they tried to charge extra for the kid, which i already selected and paid during booking.

Almost zero COVID masking. Also: the units seem to be individually-owned, which means that the specific conditions for each rental through booking.com are different. For example, despite all of them being in "CRYSTAL RESIDENCE," some might not have linens while others do, etc..

Great location - on the ski slope. room was clean and comfortable.

reception was not very welcoming. bathroom had no space to put toiletries. breakfast was only from 10am, and no opportunity to even get a coffee in the morning until then.
