awesome location just at the sea, three pools, sauna, tennis, gym, massage,yoga all awesome. the room is kept neat and clean at all times

restaurant could have some more choice and more local dishes. their complimentary bread seems to be baked from frozen buns - why not getting fresh bread from a baker? the bikes we rented for money were really run down and partially broken. the music at the pool is always the same playlist - we stayed for one months and we knew all songs by heart

The service is just amazing! Helpfull and nice team, kind waiters, friendly receipcion. Thankful to Nino she was taking care of us as we were her own guest! The food is very very tasty! great restaurant! First time that we would like come back to hotel! Tasty coctais for kids, safe environment and extremely clean and tidy area! Room is spacious, with nice balcony. Pillows and beds are very comfortable. Thanks all team for great vacation experience!

Would be perfect if outdoor kids pool were heated.

An excellent hotel that excelled in many areas. Of note were the beautiful grounds, friendly staff, nice bar, comfortable rooms, indoor pool, tennis courts and tasty breakfast. During our 2 week stay the hotel organised a 4th birthday party for my daughter held on the grounds which was a great success. The birthday cake, a sugar free banana cake was superb. Definitely recommend this hotel, and hope to return.

Everything was almost perfect, room, swimming pool, private beach. Perfect Georgian food in the restaurant.

The main issue of this hotel is staff. Reception unfriendly. AC was not working in the room(outside was +36) we complain to reception no reaction. A lot of useless staff. Staff is coming to the room without knocking and several time per day. They should better train staff.

Staff “forgot” to take payment for the last night, I’ve agreed to pay extra. But the overall sum was 20% higher than stated in the booking...

Inside pool was terrific but a bit dated as almost everything in the hotel. Staff was very kind and although they didn't speak English too well, they gave their best to help us. Room was quit big and well equipped. We had dinner and breakfast included which was nice to have. Location by the sea was great.

Outside pool can be a bit cold. Whole hotel would need a bit if refresh. Bars, restaurants and activities on hotel territory were expensive for Georgia. Breakfast and dinner were ok, nothing too good and didn't have almost any local foods.

Very nice, really clear and separated from other citizens hotel. There was not a true touristic season on the time we were staying so it was so quiet I couldn't imagine before. The women massage specialist in hotel SPA was amazing, and you should try it. She is doing magic with her hands. Very nice pools outside and inside.

It's clean only in the territory of the hotel. Just few meters from hotel is dirty and noisy. There are no any working restaurants around except hotel restaurants. But hotel food was not very tasty. The bicycles we have rented was rusty and with not good working breaks.

It was my first time in Kobuleti and let me tell you there is not much to see. The Hotel was very nice and offered everything one could ask for. Was a little expensive but its the best place in the area so no options.

Nothing to say in this section as I cannot say anything bad at all. Apart from it rained for 10 days.

consumer- oriented, very friendly stuff, nice atmosphere, right music at the pool. definitely visit the hotel again!
