Hotel N16 is a homey hotel run by what seems to be a small group of people/family Our room was cozy with two twin beds, two chairs, two nightstands, table, fridge, television, telephone and an open closet. There was also a heater and air conditioner. There was a balcony with two chairs and a small table. There was also a clothes drying rack. The location of this hotel was in a quiet street, yet close to all the local treasures. Everything was walking distance from the hotel, and there were nearby supermarkets and antiques stores. We wake up daily to the delicious smell of freshly baked goods. Breakfast was exceptionally delightful. They offered several types of breads, tea, meats, cheeses, cereals, fruits and vegetables, jam and honey, rolls and desserts. They also offered to cook us eggs every morning. What really stood out about this breakfast was not the variety, but the quality. Everything tasted like a grandmother’s recipe. Desserts were always an enticing experience. The hotel staff were helpful. We asked for a water kettle and they promptly helped us and brought us mugs as well, and offered to bring us tea bags. We arrived a bit early to the property, and were were granted early check in and the hotel staff delivered our luggage upstairs.

There was only one roll of toilet paper, and no tissues in the room. There was no elevator on the property, which may not suitable for older adults. The closet was an open closet with no drawers and limited storage space.

Quite and very clean small hotel in the city center in old Batumi. 1 min walk to Batumi Piazza, next to St. Nokoloz Cathedral. Less then 300 meter to the Bulvard - Batumi port. Super clean room, with very comfortable bed and sofl pillows, slept as a kid. Despite the hotel is in a very turistic area -Piazza and a lot of caffee-bars arround, I was not besturbed with the noise. AC was working great and helped with a very unusual heat. Free bottled water and slippers were additional bonus, they also are providing a bathrobe. Spotless clean bathroom and sheets, small frig and cattle and cups for tea/coffee. +TV (I didn't use) and very good WiFi. No elevator, but Amiran and Nika from reception kindly helped to carry suit-case up and downstairs. Staff is very polite and helpful. Especially Amiran, who was at the desk when I arrived. Owner -Tina was not on the place, but when I spoke to her via phone, she eas also very kind and supportive. Highly reccommened this hotel. Really happy to receive such a high quality of servece. There was nothing that I dislike here.

The hotel is perfectly located in the old town, with amazing views of the city from upper floors. The street may get noisy in the evening but it didn't bother me. The room was spacious and comfortable. A balcony is a great bonus. You can see the sea, the Piazza and hear beautiful prayers from the mosque in the Turkish quarter. The facilities are clean and well maintained. All essentials were in the room. The staff was always polite and helpful. Fast internet connection.

Complimentary water (not only on the first day) would have been nice. Nothing else worth mentioning.

I really was super impressed with the staff at Hotel Central. Warm and extremely helpful. Printed my plane reservation as well as booked me a shuttle back to the airport. For the first 3 days of my stay I was upgraded to the top floor penthouse that had a super view and a huge balcony! I could see the city and the black sea all in one shot. Room was spacious and bed was super comfy. Wifi was fantastic. This is a 9 room hotel and each guest is treated with care. Someone is always there to help as they provide 24 hour reception. I even hatted with the owner Tina during my stay and I could tell how passionate she was about customer care. There are several huge hotels in Batumi after my experience here I would choose N16 if available or another local place rather than one of those cookie cutter skyscrapers.

Everything was wonderful. The water pressure was a tiny bit weak in the top floor room. But on the first floor it was excellent. as the building is quite high it may have just been bad timing when I showered.

A room with two separate beds without breakfast. Good enough as expected: wi-fi is ok, room is ok, there's a balcony also and fridge, no safe however. Two pillows for each person, that's what I usually use at home. Blackout curtains are good too.

There's soap, shower gel and shampoo in a room, but no teethbrush and paste. There was that time when I didn't take my ones because expected to get it here. Shower curtain is pretty short and all bathroom floor was wet. Inconvinient, but it's not critical (at least it has fenced shower zone unlike other places). Noises from the corridor are heard well enough (but not from other neighbours, maybe there weren't them, dunno).

The receptionist was so helpful and supportive. He lend me his charger. He showed me how to go to the beach and the nearby restaurants and how to reach the station. He offered to clean the room everyday. He helped me with the bug and communicated with the taxi driver who didn’t understand English. He was always quick responsive for all my requests. The room was wide and clean. Everyday they brought soap and shampoo and dry towels. The balcony is great. You can see the sea from it and a nice big tree. The location is exceptional; very near to everywhere, minutes from beach and restaurants and shops. The street is so cozy and nice and it is lit at night. I loved everything.

You can hear the neighbours next door.

Amazing location, near all the action. Rooms are simple yet super clean, housekeeping change sheets & towels daily. The staff is wonderful, very helpful and check in was quick/easy . The Owner Tina is amazing, she is professional and is always there making sure every guest is completely satisfied. There is lots restaurant, wine shops and piazza is steps away. I loved everything about N16 and I will certainly be back when in Batumi.

Nothing

The hotel made a very good impression on me. I booked a comfortable apartment with a huge terrace on the top floor. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed. The hotel is located in a very good place on the Old Boulevard. Very close to the Georgian Bus stop. There are restaurants and pubs in the immediate vicinity. The staff spoke good English and were very helpful, and the reception was open 24 hours.

I have no reason to criticize. The hotel is modest but clean and very comfortable.

A fantastic location near the seafront and main tourist attractions

Nothing really. The ‘omelette’ offered was just scrambled eggs when it arrived.. But overall breakfast was fine, continental-type with traditional Georgian cakes available - which are extremely sweet for be warned!

I booked the hotel for its view and it met my expectations. The room isn't spacious but is had a nice balcony to stretch in the morning. The entrance of the hotel is very nice and cozy, staff is helpful. The bed is more comfortable compared to other hotels in Batumi, but still could benefit from a better mattress, although beddings and towels smelled very well :)

It was off-season and there were not many guests yet I could still hear the noises from other rooms.
