The breakfast was great - all you can wish for. Very nice rooms, and outdoor area with swimmingpool. Good food and drinks at good prices. A little distance from the citysenter, but can easily walk or take a taxi. Serviceminded staff. Can absolutely recomend!

During my recent stay, I found the experience to be good overall. The location was convenient, and the room was comfortable. The staff were friendly and provided good service. The breakfast options were good. However, there were some issues that could be improved upon.

The shower in my room was broken and leaking, the room phone didn't work, and the conference room lacked proper equipment. These issues affected my overall experience negatively. However, the staff were responsive and tried to address the problems.

Indeed hotel has esquisse Design which delights your heart and soul and eyes. Did enjoy our stay there. Rooma vere spaciouse, with nice touch of pleasant design and indeed soundproof! Pool was warm and clean. The breakfast was pretty good and it was always refilled in time. Staff was more than pleasant and helful. We loved the elevator. Overally we did loved staying here!

To get to inside pool you have to leave the building and cross the outside pool teritory. It is just maybe 10 meters, but not really pleasant during the winter. Also from pool to Sauna you have to walk the corridor pasaing the entrance doors. And maybe pool area needs more attention with cleaning the footsteps and putting new towels in time. It sounds not apealing but in really it was not that bad actually. We did enjoy our time with pool and sauna.

The location is fantastic. we had a great mountain view from our room. However, you need to keep in mind that not all rooms will have such views. Breakfast was also great with nice variety and greatly mix of local and European cuisine the design of the hotel is authentic and memorable

There were a lot of minor flaws (see below). The view is definitively worth living with these flaws for a couple of days but I’d recommend considering other options for a long stay. Toilet wasn’t stable, hot and cold water was mixed up, curtains has many dirty spots, no dedicated storage for luggage

The hotel’s design is amazing, very pleasurable to be inside both the room and the common areas. Wonderful cuisine — the restaurants offer a wide choice of Georgian traditional dishes and wine. The spa treatments also left us very satisfied. We also spent the New Years at the hotel and really enjoyed the dinner, music and fireworks. Decorations all around the hotel were also beautiful.

Some of the staff spoke excellent English, others not so much, but it wasn’t a huge problem. What disappointed us a bit is how people behaved at the spa. At the relax indoor pool, there were loud guests having drinks right inside the pool, little kids jumping into the pool — and all of this on top of relaxing music. Not really the atmosphere you expect after having a massage and a hot bath. I guess the staff should enforce some rule about keeping quiet in the spa area and not allow the kids to run around like crazy and jump into the pool — ruins all the relaxation, which is the main idea of a spa.

The design of the hotel was definitely unique in this area, looked very cozy, beautiful and lovable. The yard was very beautiful, full of trees, flowers, green and ready to take pictures in. The pools were really nice!

While it might add to the uniqueness of the hotel, the lightning was slightly annoying. The rooms weren't as bright as you'd expect. The light brightness was going up and down at times, and it wasn't the best feeling

Territory and design of the hotel are just amazing. The hotel rooms are very stylish, spacious and comfortable. And, of course, the pool is something! The breakfast was very tasty and varied, very good quality of products. Also, dinner at the Georgian restaurant at the hotel was so amazing. 100% recommend.

I can say, this hotel stars can be the same as what booking.com said! definitely will visit again!

The stay here was great. Rest, staff care and beautiful locations. I would probably like a slightly more varied menu for lunch and dinner. Otherwise, everything was just great. Special thanks to the restaurant staff, they were very attentive and the reception staff.
