A good, solid and clean modern property. Hosts were excellent and approachable, also English speaking. Very accommodating, going above and beyond. Interesting guests. Great room.
My room had a wasps nest outside one window, they were harmless but would occassionally wander into the room, so that window was out of action in hot weather, so air con would've been welcome.

We chose Haus Hillebrand as the midway point on a long journey across Europe. Christian and his family gave us a warm welcome, and excellent advice on a good walk to reach a Portuguese restaurant on the shore of the Rhine, which was also perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

We were stuck on the autobahn for 4 hrs so we’re late for check in. We had prompt communication with Christian. He was there for us when we arrived at 10 pm and was able to order us a pizza as we hadn’t eaten. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good too.
