Mostly minor things: - Squeaky beds - Nearby streets were quite noisy - No free parking right in front of the hotel (free parking is available but you will need to walk there a bit)

A traditionnel brewhouse / hotel / restaurant in downtown Bad Reichenhall. Lots of history over the last 529 years. Excellent location, with good food, excellent beers and friendly service. would come back anytime....

no lift to reception, from there to rooms yes. But someone carried my suitcase to reception.

Would I would like to know the location of parking ahead of time. A bit noisy when the beer garden was open, but they closed pretty early and then it was very quiet and lovely.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and lots of storage! The restaurant had terrific food and the hotel is in a great location to walk to other restaurants and shops. You can even walk to the Predigtstuhlbahn, a cable car that takes you to the top of Predigtstuhl.

Nice building, close to a square, shops, restaurant, secure parking walking distance, spacious rooms, quiet, warm and very clean. Lovely restaurant, great food, and very kind staff there. great location, mountain view, 15 min walk to the therm bath. Plenty of walks around, access to the mountain by cable car 17 min walk from the hotel. Not working everyday at the moment.

Everyone was lovely at the exception of an older lady. Who knows why, she appeared grumpy and we assumed the covid situation must have had the toll on her. Fair enough, we even had some empathy for her. However, once we left and close to Salzburg, we realised we had left something behind. My husband drove back as we know where it had been left. The lady was abrupt, just saying we don't have it. It had been asked if he could check the room and wardrobe but no. Not really willing to help. disappointed but it does not reflect ne the rest of the staff and the hotel.

Availability of rooms. We would have stayed 14 days instead of only 9 if rooms had been available for the dates we needed.

Great location for our one-night stay! Bed was comfy, room clean, shower welcome. Easy to walk to dinner, and we found a free public concert nearby.

Had a hard time finding the hotel with our navigation software--so many umbrellas around with the Bürgerbrāu name. Had to wait awhile for someone to check us in.

We had 3 adults, and both room and bathroom was very large.

We traveled for 2 weeks, and had some big suitcases. The elevator did not go to the ground floor. No hotel staff available to help getting the luggage up to the elevator.

Hotel has perfect location in city center so you can explore it on foot. There is free of charge hotel parking, great advantage as our group had 3 vehicles. Excellent starting point to visit nearby major atractions as Koenigsee and Kehlstein. Strongly recommended

We had a very pleasant stay during our cycle trip along the Tauern Path. Helpful staff kindly upgraded us to a larger room. Delicious meal in the restaurant and great beer brewed on the premises. Good breakfast too.
