The hotel has an underground garage at an acceptable price. It is in a quiet neighborhood, without noise and crowds. The breakfast was decent. The hotel met our needs and expectations, without any major complaints.

The hotel is not very close to the city center, and there is no public transport in the later hours. The hotel is already quite a few years old, although it is not in a bad condition, perhaps they should start thinking about renovation. Rooms are cleaned every other day due to "concern for the environment". OK, we'll believe that's the reason…

Nice hotel, nice room, very good breakfast.The hotel provides parking space for 8 euros a day ,there are some free spaces in the hotel area,but really limited and I guess never available. There is some public parking for free at a short distance from the hotel but make sure that you check the signs.Public transport is not so convenient because it stops really early (around 7:30 pm) and the distance to the centre is about 20-30 minutes on foot. The local tax was extra7 euros for us two,on the booking price and we paid it at the hotel

The young lady at the reception should smile more and be more compassionate to people who do not speak German

Very nice hotel, it is in the style of Bayern. The staff in the breakfast room were traditional clothes, the furniture is very traditional too. This is why I love this area. The rooms are nice with A/C and ours had a nice balcony with the most beautiful view. Breakfast is rich for Germany. You can have a real good dinner with different options. Pool is not big but very nice ( much nicer than the pictures). Saunas, fitness, a nice room with clean air that smells unbelievable good. Massages available. Opposite the railway station and near 2 big supermarkets and a big DM shop. Pizzeria and ice cream shop is opposite the street. You get the kurcard which give you free rides on the bus and train in the area.

The park garage of the hotel is expensive for €8 a day but nothing is cheaper nearby. Not a problem of the hotel but ordering directly at the hotel is cheaper than ordering through Booking even I have level 3! The girl at the reception told me that it was a pity I ordered through booking as their price is €25 less for three nights.

Comfy bed, lovely facilities in pool and sauna, great fitness studio (you just have to ask receptionist to let you in, it’s on that level). The customer service was impeccable, and the breakfast was impressive. I can’t believe what great value this stay was. I’ve stayed in hotels twice the price that came no where near. Ideally situated across from DM and an Aldi, and also a lovely Italian place 2 min walk away too. Excellent transport links with the bus station across the road. Oh, and you get free travel once you’ve checked in!! So you can use the bus and train for free as you pay city tax, that is included! I couldn’t believe it.

We loved every minute we were here!! The staff were so helpful and friendly! Special mention to mihaela at reception. She checked us in and informed us about the free train travel to Salzburg because we had paid city tax. She explained how the train service worked and also made us feel very welcome. The hotel is in an amazing part of Bavaria with amazing views. Some previous reviews state hotel is “dated” I feel it more a traditional German hotel. Exactly what we wanted. The hotel was immaculately clean, the swimming pool was nice and warm and also very clean and a good place to relax. The food at Breakfast and evening meal were outstanding! We can’t wait to come back again!

I felt the car parking was expensive.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. A wide range of dishes, many types of cheese, hams, fruits, jams, loose teas etc. hand made omelets, pancakes etc. Even older hotel the rooms were nice, same as on the picture. Sparkly clean bathroom.

We didn't like spa except Finish sauna which was great. Steam sauna was too cold. No sheets for sauna at all. Swimming pool was small with cold water, nothing for relax. Too many yelling kids. There was no evening hours without kids either.

The location is great, near trainstation, supermarkets, restaurants and more. You will get a visitors pass which allows you to use free public transport and even nearby Salzburg. Staff is friendly, helpful and can speak multiple languages.

Room design a bit rustic but probably liked by Seniors as target audience. Breakfast was quite a selection but could have some variety to it. Quite crowded too if you go at certain times.

Staff are lovely and very friendly & welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and really liked the wellness area. Great to be given a free local travel ticket for the stay too which allowed us to get into Salzburg by direct train. Easy walk to a range of local restaurants. Easy to find parking locally and a good range of shops.

Only thing was that the mattress was not the most comfortable and the grass needed to be cut but apart from that it was lovely.

Two things stood out to me at this hotel. The first is that the staff are all extremely helpful, friendly and great to interact with. The way that staff treats the customers makes a huge difference to me. The second thing is that the breakfast was absolutely awesome. I stay at many hotels and many breakfasts are delivered with stock standard basics. The breakfast here was exceptionally tasty, using high-quality fresh ingredients. I also like that the breakfast was available until 11 am, which helps for sleeping in over the weekend. ;) The wifi speed was good, the room was very quiet, comfortable and had a lovely view of the mountains. I would easily stay here again.

Staffel was nicht and breakfast was gorgeous. Guests were to my supprise from all around the World - I liked that very much. Also every staff member was able to interact with us in English. Interior was nice and for the most parts very well maintained.

The fences at the balkonies were a bit worn out but did their job. When renovating maybe think of enlarging them. (Whereas I never felt the urge to sit there.)
