Very friendly staff. We stayed for a week as a family and very soon personal touches were introduced by the breakfast staff to suit our preferences. On the last morning, our usual breakfast table even had a “reserved” sign with our name and some special seasonal decorations. Lovely!

Parking is available, but needs some skilful manoeuvring.

Hotel Villa am Kurpark was clean, lovely and well maintained. We were met by a friendly receptionist at check in, and friendly service at breakfast, with plenty choice and nice food.

Unfortunately our room only had windows up high, so you didn’t really get a view, but it was still a comfortable room to stay in. We were on holiday with others, they had a room overlooking the park which was lovely!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was superb. The location was excellent and perfect for walking to the town, Kurpark and the station.

Our bathroom was very dated and the shower was right by the window which was only partially screened with opaque glass and could be viewed by a neighbouring block, so we had to shower without the lights on.

Perfectly located opposite the gorgeous park around which the Town was built, this gem of a boutique hotel was a true home to us for a full week. We’re sorry we couldn’t stay longer and will come again. We were made to feel so welcome by a doting staff. Without the peripheral amenities of larger hotels, we prefer the quality, quiet, and intimacy of this wonderful, historic, and beautiful inn.

Internet and cell reception were occasionally dicey.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I'm sorry the morning receptionist felt a bit nervous in her interaction with me - she was intrinsically also very friendly and the result of our interaction was perfect anyways. Our rooms were quiet and the internet worked, the bed was comfortable and there was a decent hairdryer, which I really appreciate. Thank you for the little sweat welcome treat.

Selections at breakfast could have been more ample and varied. Setting was pretty.

No Face cloths in the room. Somewhat hazardous going down steps, with little distinction in the marble on steps and flat ground. One right downward area of steps near back door had only a rope to hold 0on to.

Beautiful old property in the heart of one of the most stunning parts of Bad Homburg with easy and quick access to it all. Super friendly and kind staff and a wonderful experience over all

The only thing I wished was to have a slightly bigger room

the location is very good. it’s directly across from the Kurpark and 1 block from the large pedestrian street. The room was spacious. They offered parking. the breakfast was a nice German breakfast in a pleasant dining room. The staff were are very friendly and helpful.

The parking area, like most European parking areas, was tight. It was OK. I was glad to have it, but it took some effort to park a large car.

the room was spacious, warm and practical. we had enough space to put our luggage. the beds and the mattresses were super comfy. breakfast was decent, lady working at the breakfast area was very sweet and helpful. location is very central, close to the park for a beautiful walk by the lake and to the center.

The breakfast was first class. Villa am Kurpark is in an excellent location across from the lovely park in Bad Homburg and within easy walking distance of quality shops, good restaurants and beautiful castle gardens with 2 large elegant churches close by.

Provision of tea/coffee making facilities would be a welcome addition to otherwise excellent accommodation and helpful staff and facilities.
