The hotel is very nice, luxurious. Pet friendly, great location near a nice park, large paid parking. The room is really nice,comfy and clean.

The restaurant lobby was half full and one worker, he was obviously stressed but also extremely not nice He was laughing at our questions related to the food (due to some allergies) and was simply antipathic. We just wanted to finish and go (prices were so high, but feeling was ugly). The reception team is ok, but also, any kind of discussion with them feels unpleasant. So the hotel is so nice... but the team is really not.

The room was fantastic and of very high quality as was the hotel overall. The staff were very friendly and the bar made excellent cocktails!

There was a persistent smell in the bathroom which I reported on the first day but as it was Christmas time so I don’t think it could be addressed. There was no shower gel available. The bar service was very slow as the hotel appeared understaffed during the Christmas week. That said the staff were lovely and hard working.

Great hotel, decor and ambience. Good location near town center. Everything is walking distance. Rooms were great. Food selection was a bit limited given one restaurant only but good. Great Vibe in the hotel overall.

- staff is less so sometimes housekeeping will suffer and dusting of room was not done. Or items not replaced. - quite expensive but we had a suite - paid bottled water everyday for a long stay at EUR 5 is a bit steep.

The hotel facilities and the breakfast were very good. We paid a decent price (with discount, free room upgrade and breakfast included because of my genius 3 level). I would certainly like to go back to this hotel. It's probably the fanciest and nicest hotel in Bad Homburg.

Due to the AC system, the air in the room felt very dry. We got a deluxe double room, but the bed was actually 2 single beds together, so there was this gap in the middle, not nice for a couple. There were only 2 spots for charging electric cars in the parking lot, so I would like to suggest more stations and also pre reservation for those spots. The restaurant was nice but pricy.

Noise from the street No bath tube only a shower

I’ve bee staying 3 nights this summer, when it was +37 C but the AC didn’t work in my room and I told every day about it and nothing happened. it’s an old hotel. cleaning and room service are very good, the restaurant is fine by service, but notvery expensive, don’t hesitate to go out. the reception is very slow, always there is a queue, probably their computers see very slow but it takes you ages to make a copy of the key.

The breakfast spread was great. On Friday morning it was very civilized. On Saturday, it was completely overrun with conference attendees and madhouse. 5 minute wait to get a coffee. Friday I was exhausted so I was lazy and chose to have dinner at hotel. Staff was spotty, food mediocre and very expensive

This is a perfect Hotel , for some one whe has business in the city , but would like the have a rest at a quite and peacfull enviroment . The Hotel is located at the Frankfurt subern , just 20 min drive from the heart for Frankfurt . I came to this Hotel with 2 of my work colleagues , and we had business in Frankfurt Messe . The rooms are extreamly large and very well furtinute . The stuff is lovely and very nice , and the breakfast is by far one of the best you can find in Germany . This is a realy great " Value or money " hotel , and would recommend it to anyone that wants to be close to Frankfurt , yet no to close ...

Kithchen and Room service closes at 2130 ..... a bit to early ... especially when there not so many options outside . If you want to have dinner ...better be early ...if you want to have a beer.... you better start your evening early . But ... still ..this is a great Hotel .

Loved location / interior/ exterior/cleanliness

Clerk (Krasniche) at the front desk (who wasn’t even checking me out!!!) was rude and inappropriate… interrupting my conversation with the person at the front desk, raising her voice, dictating me what to do ….Unacceptable…

The Front Desk staff were generally exceptional. Arranged for a cake for a special occasion.

Communication disconnect between front desk and cleaning staff about our late checkout. The issue with being placed in a room and very soon after unpacking being told that there was some repair scheduled for the next day, hours without using water - and we could repack our dog and child and move everything to a different room - again felt like poor planning and communication. Allowing dogs but not being allowed to bring her to breakfast left our family stressed. Just details that I would have hoped could have been communicated beforehand.
