The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very tasty with abundant selection of... pretty much everything. My room was very quiet (with windows overlook the courtyard). No idea if there are rooms that face the road nearby (but it doesn't seem to be very busy in the evenings/at night though).

The only advantage of the location is the proximity of the SAP office. The ideal location for SAP guests. For those who would like to to be closer to restaurants, bars, shops: you should consider other location, right in Walldorf.

Big Hotel, perfectly positioned in our way to or from Italy. We are traveling with 4 people and had to book two rooms. Hotel accommodated our request and had a twin rooms. Breakfast was good but a bit pricey. We drive electric so the fast charger next to the Hotel is just perfect

Nothing very bad. If something to mention: we had a difficult communication with the receptionist at the check in, but beside that personnel was very friendly. The room looked a bit outdated especially the bad room, shower in the bad.

There was a slight mix up with the rooms in that i thought i had booked 2x twin rooms, where infact they ended up as 2x double rooms. The staff were very impressive and even though they were very busy found us 2 rooms with seperate beds. Which was in fact a very nice upgrade in the room! Stayed a number of times before and is very comfortable, clean etc. My go to hotel for Hockenheim

The way rooms are advertised on booking.com. Instead of having one option for "comfort double or twin room" with no option then to choose bed options. Surely it would be better to split this into 2 different options???

Family quadruple room was great - spacious with two bathrooms on both floors. The staff was friendly and the swimming pool and sauna were clean and open in the morning and in the evening. There was nobody in the pool at the time we came, so we had it all to ourselves. The dinner at the hotel was delicious and the staff very welcoming. Breakfast good and everything clean and well-organized. The location is very convenient for the transit stay - very close to the highway without noise being heard inside. We choose this hotel not the first time.

Very family specific comment, not a problem: Family quadruple room maybe a bit difficult for families / friends / couples who require some intimacy or sound isolation. We could not use the luxurious bed upstairs as we put our kids to bed earlier, and we prefer to take a few smokes outside before night. So we ended up leaving the upper floor with master bedroom to our kids and stay on the foldable sofa downstairs.

As I was travelling with my daughter, they gave us a 'suite'; split level room with plenty of space, even though it was only for one night. They have both an indoor and outdoor pool, though they were not really useable. Complimentary glass of sparkling wine. Terrasse bar over outdoor pool.

The outdoor pool is not heated at all so it was really hard to use with my daughter, while the indoor pool was locked so not available when we tried in the morning.

Great facilities. Simple, but exactly what I needed for my work stay. Loved the pool and the sauna. Staff was very amicable and friendly.

Room service was never available because they were understaffed. Had some issues with the air conditioning that took a bit long to get fixed.

The bed was very comfy, the room itself was clean, spacious. We had a free parking space and we had our dog with us. The room was silent. Nothing negative to say, generally speaking.

It was too warm/hot in the room for us and for our dog especially, even though the heating was not on and we could not use the air conditioning. It was maybe off, since it is November. We slept with the window wide open. We didn't complain to the reception, because we only stayed one night.

Although the decor is dated, it functions well. Breakfast is good, with sufficient choice. Location near the highway is convenient. No noise from highway. Hotel is great for overnight stay.

Room could be a little cleaner. There were some spiderwebs in the corner of the room. Our room was behind the elevator, which you could hear every once in a while. Luckily there was not much use of the elevator during our stay.

Indoor pool, used it every day. Breakfast good food, but not always everything in large quantities, especially the cakes. Easy to get to, by the motorway exit, but not noisy. Walldorf is a 15 minute walk with restaurants and coffee and cake shops, very good, we had dinner and evening meals twice , in the Village.

Only one high maintenance coffee machine in the restaurant, but cafelatte was really nice. Evening bar a bit hit and miss.

The amenities for the guests in the lobby, the room size and cleaning, the bathroom, many channels in the tv, the staff was very helpful, kind, efficient and fast. Free parking. They accept pets, cannot ask for more.

The price of the breakfast was a bit high (19 euros per person), the rest is perfect.
