We loved that the room was very spacious and the hotel was relatively close to our travel destination, Heidelberg. We also loved the policy that in theory, cleaning would only be provided if the guests ask for it - to be more respectful towards the guest's privacy and the environment.

As opposed to the above-mentioned policy, the cleaning staff was knocking on our door at 8:30, while the check-out time was only 11 am. It would have been great if the hotel's restaurant had been open when we arrived (Saturday evening, before 9 pm). We received a recommendation for an Italian and a Greek restaurant in the village - we went for the Greek one but the quality of the food was really bad, especially compared to the price. It was surprising that there was no tea or coffee in the room for the morning.

Spacious rooms, fairly modern

Aircon broke in rooms no other rooms were available. A fan was offered. If you book on a Saturday night, they tend to host wedding receptions and other events So the restaurant and bar are closed to hotel guests, you may purchase a drink from the bar but you need to take it to your room

The room was very clean and spacious. Hotel location is very close to the motorway, so very convenient when stopping for the night. The only criticism would be that we could do with a small table under the TV to put bits and bobs. Still, not an issue, and we would come again.

Breakfast was really good! Room a good size and clean! Plenty of parking spaces next to the hotel.

The breakfast room seemed understaffed and was very busy. There didn't seem to be enough tables for the size of the hotel, so we had to wait quite long for a table. Shame that there were no tea- or coffee-making facilities in the room.

heavy doors of the rooms that make a lot of sound when closing - difficult to continue sleeping when many other guests (or personnel?) are leavings their rooms early in the morning a request for an extra pillow could not be met

Modern room with really comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was awesome and friendly. The location ia good as well. Hygiene was flawless! Breakfast was nice as well but repetitive.

No AC and mini bar. I had a late flight and had to check-in at almost 11pm. When I arrived the kitchen was closed. I was expecting to take some snacks from the mini bar, but no mini bar in the room. Also the air is very humid in Reiligen and without AC was pretty warm at night for sleeping.

Great location. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Super friendly staff. Great gym. New rooms did not have AC which we requested during booking. Staff moved us to a room with AC. I was able to have a few packages shipped here without any issues. Great walking paths around to take your dog.

Really great pet-friendly hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Stayed with 2 kids and a dog. The room was huge, bed quite comfy. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty to choose from. Superb, tranquil location. Parking was free.

Very big room and confortable bed. Very big and free parking. The location: near the highway, which suited us perfectly for a nightstop during our journey

The room was overlooking an inside courtyard, which is being used for deliveries. As it was summer and our window was open, we were woken up by the noise of the deliveries. The bathroom wassmall and the toilet was sqeezed in a corner.

The rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, AC in rooms. Friendly staff.

Family rooms are really spacious, but sleep only three despite having a queen bed, a twin bed and a sofa. So, we had to book an additional room.
