Everything in the hotel was perfect, it would of been good if the cafe stayed open a little later or had access to food after 10pm

You are not allowed to use spa facilities unless you are naked which I understand is the German culture but it is not mine. This should be a personal choice

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, bedroom sizeable and comfortable, swimming pool really good size and sauna / roof terrace facilities outstanding. We had a wonderful stay

We liked everything, so dont want in any way to be critical. Coffee / tea in bedrooms would however have been a lovely extra

Restaurant's seems like another place not related even to the hotel because it's poor quality no sense of respect get a girl who smile at you not a man who's ready to fight with you over a coffe

Very modern rooms - clean and well maintained.

Lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room, or ability to get a warm drink once the downstairs coffee shop is closed.

Breakfast was ok, but I would have expected just a bit more. Staff was great throughout the whole hotel and facilities. Liked the complementary water in the rooms.

Got a little lost there a couple times. Would have been nice to get a tour or a plan of the facilities.

Design of the exterior, spa

Hotel seems to be a side business besides the spa. You have to go through spa zone to reach the hotel rooms. That’s not a big con. Personnel was nice but could be a bit nicer. Breakfast was good but choice could be broader.

Nice location, great sauna and pool. Very clean. Bed was comfy. Also beautiful lobby

Struxture of room is a bit weird since you feel lack of privacy in bathroom (door couldn't be fully closed) Towels should be better, they are really thin. TV is very old-fashioned, no Netflix. Stuff didn't know when cycle studio is located

Location and facility are fantastic. Staff members are professional, friendly and helpful.

The room was comfortable but lights were too low. Not suitable for doing makeup or reading unless you use a booklight. Poor design for charging your phone or tablet.

The breakfast had very few choices, but all of them were very tasty. The gym facilities were amazing, the most variety of workout equipment I've ever seen at a hotel! The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful.

The rooms were a bit small and the light for the bathroom also lights up the room itself, meaning if one person goes to the bathroom in at night it would wake the other up. There is only one electrical outlet by the bed and is in a bad spot. The location is about a 15-20 minute drive from most of the main attractions in Berlin, meaning tourists have to rack up a lot of charges from taxis/Ubers, or take a train.
