Staff was really nice and helpful. Everything was according to the photos. It was just for the price we payed.

The building is a bit old and the furniture is outdated. And an elevator was broken once, so we had to go up and down with the suitcases by foot. And there was no hot running water the day we were there. But we saw some apology note there.

It was really great for the money, I was even surprised. I got the room on discount and it was almost the same as booking a room in a hostel. But I had the entire room with double bed, separate bathroom in the quiet neighbourhood

The location - konstanzer straße - was convenient for my travel purposes but in general is quite hard to get to using public transport, you need to take several connections with S-bahn/U-bahn.

Good location, 25min from Alexanderplatz by city transport (u-bahn, s-bahn).

We were missing some utilities like TV remote was primitive with 5 buttons only and water heater for tea was missing also there was no door handle signs for room cleaning (do not disturb etc.)

I loved the terrace to take a bit of sun and eat my strawberries in the roof. i could make great pictures and slept so well at the bed and that strange shape of the room with the old architectural of the atic was envolving. I will come again.

Location is right next to a underground station, making it easy to find. Staff are friendly and try to help, even if they do not speak English.

You ca not put toilet paper down the toilet. It has to go in a big bin at the side.

It was basic but very good, as the saying goes 'it does what it says on the tin'. Was quiet in my room and everything was clean. Breakfast is a cold buffet.

My card had been declined on booking com yet showed on my bank as pending, I was worried Id pay twice but it dropped off my online bank so all was well.

Great location in nice Neighborhood - Dicke Wirtin bar is highly recommended as very authentic german bar place. Our room was spacious enough with big double bed and high ceiling. Everything was clean and convenient. Self-check-in in late hour was easy.

Only one front desk person spoke REALLY good English, but the front desk staff did their best to help.

You can park outside the emission free zone if you happen to have a car which is not certified and walk to hotel, the rooms are great, big windows, clean bathrooms, helpful stuff, late check in possible and free
