The room was really clean and the staff we found there helped us without us asking and took care of everything. He even congratulated me for my birthday! The beds were really comfortable and shower was awesome. Literally I did not see any downsides because even the wifi was really great

We agreed on a free beer which never happened and also the deal was that they should not clean (enter) our room. Also the check in process is a bit complicated. Our key did not work and we had to call the staff to figure out why was that happening. The machine is generally quite slow and also entering the number did not work from the first time. The flow could also be simplified for people who booked more than one room or just a simple message hey check in twice for two rooms...

Location and cleanliness

The receptionist was rude and not nice when trying to do the check in. We could not leave out suitcases a before before 14:00 hrs (the hotel offers that possibility), it was 13:20 and we had to wait until that time to do the check in and to be allowed to leave our belongings. Others had to wait too.

They gave biological toothbrush for free, the room was small but everything in new condition and super handy so that it was comfortable to stay in the room even with more luggage. The location was next door to the family we wanted to visit

The elevator broke during our stay and it was not easy to reach the room as one of us was handicapped

Extremely small single room but to be honest is enough for 1 person to be able to rest.

did not like the fact there is no 24h reception - you have to do a check in in the middle of the street in the cold … not very nice

Functional and quiet hotel with good location. Checking is online but it was really easy, and the machine outside the building was working with no problems.

It’s not possible to pay with cash, and no one warned-no information on the web site. Nobody answer phone, so it makes a lot of trouble to register in Automat and payment just with card

The check-in procedure is complicated, and the code system does not work. I had to call three times to be able to enter the building. Not very customer-oriented...

even though i read a lot of the negative comments, the hotel was good and the check was not complicated, and the staff was friendly, the price was good and the location is perfect for work or holiday.

staff was there until 2 p.m., but that was okay. there were vending machines and self check-in systems.
