Good sized room, 2 single beds. At back of hotel, very quiet location. Some noise from hotel garden below but not really a problem. Helpful staff. 5/10 mins to nearest train station which took us to centre of Berlin and Olympic Stadium.

Nothing in area, no bars or restaurants but train station close by to take you to where you want to go. Paid Berlin city tax on top of accommodation fee.

We spent a night in this hotel because we were going to a concert at Olympiastadion Berlin. The location is perfect for this purpose, it's walking distance to an S Bahn station that takes you straight to the stadium. The rooms were a decent size and the beds were pretty comfortable. We arrived early so our rooms weren’t ready, but the man behind the counter was apologetic to us! He was also very kind. We sat out front on some furniture in the shade and read until we were ready to move into the rooms. When we came back from our concert, there were some people standing around the front area where we had read earlier in the day, drinking beers and enjoying themselves (the property does have a small bar that becomes available at night). It looked like fun but we were exhausted and wanted to get to bed. We also slept in so we didn’t get to try their breakfast, unfortunately, so I can’t comment on it…

The rooms were very loud because of the guests walking and talking in the halls, and my husband could hear our neighbor snoring through the night (unfortunately). We also had to have our windows open due to hot weather and our rooms were on the ground floor, facing the street. This is what a hotel is so it isn’t too much of a complaint, just try to bring earplugs if you can!

Very handy to S-bahn and stores, but quiet with lovely view of trees giving impression of being in a park. Breakfast bar showed extra touch--love those tomatoes and mozzarella with basil and balsamic vinegar. Staff very helpful with a small medical emergency, arranging taxi, knew just which hospital to send us to, found a pharmacy that was open on Sunday.

Bed was a bit soft.

A very nice hotel in Berlin-Spandau. We went to a concert at the Zitadelle which is about 25 minutes away by walk. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The staff was helpful and the breakfast (paid extra) had many options. There's ample free parking on the street, there's no need to use the paid parking provided by the hotel.

1 Clean 2 Friendly staff 3 enough space in the room. 4 Walking distance from Spandau U+S Bahnhof, but not the best root at late evening. Preferred to cover this by bus in the evening.

A bar at the ground floor is popular among local neighbours. Could be slightly loud in the evening, but not till late time.

good size room, kettle included, quiet area, nice staff, big supermarket very close and close to Spandu.

a bit far away from Berlin city ( approx. 30 mins) if a daily tourist, but regular transport. a minor thing, but it’s a quiet room….except when cleaning staff vacuuming hallway @0830 and hitting bottom of door repeatedly.

Good location for my trip. Very friendly staff. The room was clean. Hotel is situated in a green and silent neighbourhood, walking distance from Spandau central part.

The bathroom could be bigger and better equipped. No air condition. Everything else was ok.

Rooms were excellent, though a bit on the small side. Staff was terrific, as was the breakfast.

Could use some outside garden maintenance, though I shouldn't really complain because they at least had a garden which many hotels do not.

Close to supermarket. 15min walk from center.

Bed. I had two beds joined together. Terrible for sleeping. Curtains didn't block the light very well.

Excellent breakfast. Lots of variety, and also kind of special options like Eiersalat, Fleischsalat, Wurst mit Senf, strawberries with melted chocolate etc. Very friendly helpful staff.
