Check-in was a breeze. The woman assisting us over the intercom was extremely helpful and patient. The rooms were very clean and very quiet. I LOVED that you could open the windows and get fresh air. That was very nice. The breakfast was way beyond my expectations. A great selection of foods and very delicious and high quality. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel was a bit dated (creaky floor). It is odd how the rooms are laid out. It was tricky to find the room (as I had to go through one hall to go upstairs and then go down another hall the opposite way - but this was just because it is an older building). However, the rooms and public areas are very clean and in good shape.

Location was excellent with good parking, quiet and away from traffic. Room was spacious with a nice little balcony.

The breakfast options were ok. I might be a little spoiled. I would have loved more vegetarian options, more serial options. I struggled with the digital check-in. I was too early and the software did not indicate why I can't check in. Had to call which resolved the problem immediately.

Lovely hotel near the centre of Bingen. Both rail stations are walking distance and the river is a short walk away. Breakfast was very nice and tasty. Bed was comfy and shower very powerful. Will most definitely stay again.

The room I stayed in had some stairs within the room behind the door, which made it a little difficult to shut and lock the door but it wasn't a major issue.

The breakfast was very nice and plentiful with a great selection. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We appreciated all of our interactions with the staff. The hotel was centrally located.

The hotel had an automated check-in system… Which took a little thought as to how to interact with it. It was a little different but overall it was OK to deal with.

We had a large room, at the top of the building, the windows were brilliant and could be wide open or closed with shutters. They did a nice job of renovations. Breakfast was lovely. Bikes safe in a dedicated lockup (we don't have ebikes but if you do, there are chargers in there).

Not a fan of the bathroom door. Obviously you can hear trains, it wasn't a drama.

The room was perfect, it was large in size and with a great view outside the window with the Niederwald Monument. We were really close to the town centre and the train/bus stations, perfect to get around. The breakfast was decent.

Very nice breakfast, with lots of choice. The hotel is located in a nice area close to the bank of Rhein river: a good place for walking, with a few nice restaurants.

The hotel is few meters away from a train line, so I could hear trains passing at night, but barely; all considered, I slept well.

Right on the river . Clean and tidy and had a nice breakfast. The lady running the hotel was helpful with some ideas for us.

Nothing. Bingen itself was quiet but there was a ferry a short walk away to explore.

Nice hotel, near the ferry dock and Stadtmitte train station. Great breakfast too!

There's a little sound from passing trains. I didn't mind it, but it might affect sensitive sleepers. It's really very quiet though, and I definitely still recommend this hotel.

The view from my room was brilliant. The woman on the desk was most helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. The location was excellent.

There's nothing that can be done about this because of the age of the building and I am not disabled - but it isn't disability-friendly.
