Stayed two nights. The location and view are great. Great location for catching the Rhein day cruises. . I have celiac disease so I couldn’t eat at the hotel but I found gluten-free food at the restaurant Breuers Rusesheim Schloss in the famous Drosselgasse St. Loved the 5 hours cruising on the romantic Rhine.

I didn’t realize the train track was across the street and that is noisy. When I finished booking the hotel on Booking.com a prompt came up to book a car service from Frankfurt airport to the hotel with Sixt Ride Germany this service is a SCAM. They know it takes longer than 45 minutes to get through customs and cancel your driver stranding you at the airport— we had carry on —no luggage and were walking to the exit when they texted they were leaving. I do not believe the driver was even at the airport. I am still trying to get my $97.97 back.

Excellent location in beautiful Rüdesheim. Wonderful view to the river. The staff was super friendly and took care of our problems with the room reservation in a professional manner.

We booked two rooms with a balcony but got only one. If you book a room with a balcony, I propose you check it with the hotel in advance. There is something wrong with their reservation system. I recommend the balcony, the rooms are otherwise pretty average.

Our room was a corner room with a small balcony that overlooked the Rhine River. I was a bit nervous about the train track being right outside our window, but it never seemed to bother us at night. Breakfast every morning was wonderful, and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. The bathroom had a window that overlooked one of the side streets that was very quaint and authentic.

The location on the river was awesome. The Staff were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We would stay there again.

The parking provided is horrendous. The lot is overloaded to the point where you can't come and go unless several autos are moved constantly by the attendant.

All was very good apart from no change of towels or bed linen

The bathroom towels and bed sheets were not changed the whole week we were at the hotel ...

The Location is Great - Right at the River and start of the City. The breakfast is good. The staff is very helpful and polite

The rooms though facing the river, are also close to the railway crossing - with windows open it becomes very noisy even in the night when trains cross and the railway gate opens/closes.

Breakfast was fine. The restaurant faces the great view of the Rhein. Staffs are friendly.

We were having trouble flushing the toilet. My wife told a staff at the reception but it was not fixed.

Location in Rudesheim was ideal. Unfortunately my littlest was t feeling the best and we weren’t able to explore as much as we would have liked. The receptionist that greeted us was so kind and patient checking us in. Dinner was delicious, as was breakfast.

Nothing really to note. Grateful for the elevator!
