Staff were very nice and helpful - I am a pumping mom travelling alone (but met friends travelling to Bremen too) for the first time and needed to freeze my BM. They helped me with that. Also, we went out of Bremen for one night, and came back the next day and needed a place to put our luggage until we left for our flight. They remembered us and let us leave our luggage at reception. Location was also unbeatable - perfect for exploring Schnoor and the market square!

Room could do with a blackout blind, but otherwise it was really great - I had air conditioning, bathroom was big and clean, bed was comfy!

The location is amazing, right in the middle of the old town. There are several bus stops close by, lots of shops and restaurants very close and the main touristic attractions are right on your doorstep! From the airport or the train station, just take tram 6, sit and walk 200m to reach the hotel.

Checking in was very uncomplicated, but the checkout can "officially" not be before 8am. If you need to leave earlier, you have to make sure you've paid your room the day before and if nobody is in the restaurant yet, most probably arrange how to give the keys back.

Fantastic location on the old square in Bremen. Great restaurant downstairs... don't expect service to be like that in the US and don't go if you're in a hurry. Everything is slow and relaxed.. My room was large and gorgeous, with big windows looking out on the market square. The bed was comfy and bathroom modern and clean.The staff was very kind and helpful. It was a pleasure to be in this old, beautiful boutique hotel in this gorgeous little city. Highly recommended.

The Hotel Manager/Reception was so helpful and friendly - went the extra mile to help us deal with a broken lock on one of our cases. He was great. We were also very fortunate that our room was ready early and we could access it straight away. Plus a checkout time of noon is very generous indeed. The beds/mattresses/pillows were very comfortable too.

slightly noisy outside due to people standing outside a bar drinking, right under our window. I guess with such a central location one can expect a certain amount of noise. only 2 teabags in the room, along with a couple of sachets of nescafe instant coffee. would have expected better from a 4 star hotel.

Recepcionist. Wonderful person good personality. He alloed to stat without additiinal payment untill late afternoon. Location is best in Bremen.

Small rooms. You have buy breakfast. No doors on room toilet. Noise from outside is disaster. 24 hours loud voices from people and supply chain drivers . In dead night they produce 200 decibels noise.

Good location close to the main square, but quiet. Parking garage close to the hotel (not private and a bit expensive). Very comfortable room. The breakfast (not included) was amazing. There is a very nice café situated on the ground floor connected to the hotel reception. The breakfast is not a buffet, you choose what you want from an extensive menu. Not cheap but worth the money.

The hotel reception isn´t easy to find. You have to enter the café and there is a small desk at the back.

Great hotel in a great, central location. The room was spacious, clean, and nice and everything was comfy. Even though the room was overlooking a central square and it was Saturday evening, it was still not loud (and if it would have been we could have shut the well insulated windows). The staff were friendly and the restaurant was very nice for breakfast.

Everything was fine. One of us found the bed much too soft but I found it fine.

Nice and boutique style room with very effective dark curtains. The bed was large enough (but split in the middle) and large bathroom. The hotel is right in the middle of Bremen close to the main square, the old town and restaurants along the river. By tram you can reach from here the rest of the city (airport 20 minutes away by tram 6).

The entrance is a bit odd as it is part of a Cafe. The rooms are quiet but not sound-proof. I woke up twice at 5 AM due to a singing person next door or next building (?). Also the street at night is not entirely silent.

Amazing staff, very cooperative, very good location, good cafe. The room was bigger than most other family rooms we have stayed before. The sofa bed was comfortable also. It was my second stay in this hotel and I really like to stay there next time.

We were in the family room, one room heater was not warming, the room view was very bad looking directly at the neighbours roof.

A lovely small boutique hotel right on the main town square. Large comfortable room with a view of the town hall. Very accessible with taxi rank just outside. Everything in the old town easy to walk to within 5 minutes. Staff were very considerate and helpful.
