Room is modern and spacious, so are the bathrooms, Breakfast had a lovely variety of local specialties and is served until 11 so plenty of time to tuck in and enjoy.

The room was on the second floor, it was a hot spell in Bremen with little air going. The rooms have no AC, only a stand up fan and were extremely hot and would not cool down during nighttime despite opening the windows. Airconditioning in general is not that prominent in Germany in low rise properties where one can open windows.

Amazingly comforable hotel in a wonderful location surrounded by green everywhere. Connection to the city centre was without any troubles, approachable by both car or a public transportation. The stuff was exceptionally wonderful, each of the stuff members helped us, were very friendly and doing their job with wonderful precision and even more amazing approach to the guests. Hospitality on another level. We may have experienced breakfast in a restaurant Victorian, little snacks and drinks in a Winter garden and wonderful 3 course dinner and drinks in a restaurant Chalet - IT WAS AMAZING. I cannot find any negatives.

excellent family room with plenty of space even with the sofa bed open. very nice shower room [grandson commented larger than his bedroom at home] wifi operated with no connectivity issues. complimentary water and more in mini bar appreciated as it was a very hot, humid night. the breakfast options were excellent and set us up a treat for our onward travel. all the staff we connected with were very helpful

absolutely nothing 'not to like'. as this was literally an overnight stay as part of our long journey we were not able to experience all the facilities offered which is a 'minus' point but on our part

Very comfortable hotel, in a strategic position to visit the city or for moving to other places. Staff very professional, superb breakfast, good restaurant, free wifi connection and parking facility. Quality/price ratio extremely good. Really the right choise to stay in Bremen

It is a very nice hotel with a beautiful room. It was clean and the bed was great. The bathroom was clean and new. The breakfast in the morning was great. A lot of options. The hotel had free parking.

I was there in the summer and it was very hot in my room. Airco or at least a ventilator would have been nice. Opening the window was not a possibility because of the mosquitos. Other than that, it was a great stay and would visit again.

The first day was most successful, Easy to park and within easy reach of the botanical gardens and not too far from the tram to the city. The firemen rescued us before we were in any danger from a fire that broke out in the kitchen/ Thus we were removed from our room by the fire service efficiently.

Well, to be honest, we received a refund to cover the cost of missed breakfast which we purchased locally in the event but, given that we had been unable to sleep after we were removed at 5am, it would have been appropriate for an apology and no charge to have been made for that particular night. In normal circumstances and when the hotel has been repaired, it is a good place to stay.

The staff were exceedingly helpful and couldn't do enough for us, especially in the morning when the lift failed, one member of staff helped me carry the luggage down the stairs from the top floor. The quality of the food in the restaurant was superb and we'd be more than happy to stay there again.

The lit not working when we left made it hard for us to get ourselves, our luggage, and our dog down to the reception especially as my partner has some disabilities.

very friendly staff, good breakfast and a restaurant where you can eat and drink a drink after a long journey, comfortable bed, coffee machine, parking lot, generally everything you need you will find in this hotel

the only problem was with the plug in the washbasin which keeps falling down and does not drain the water, just pull it out and that's it, but such minor technical problems happen everywhere

I like everything about this property. When you come in the lobby it’s like a dream, everything is clean the people who work there very friendly. Chalet one of the best restaurant I’ve been, the waiters very clean nice suits, Bar very modern and really a pleasure to be there. Was a good experience for me and my family.

A very nice hotel with an ongoing renovation. The room was a bit old fashioned but clean and comfortable. Wonderful breakfast and a very friendly staff. Free parking outside. This will be a gem when fully renovated.

It was a bit difficult to find the way to the hotel from the autobahn since you had to drive a long way through residential areas.
