I have stayed at the Niu Crusoe several times. It is always good - alles in ordnung. This time, arriving very late, the one young person on the reception desk was overworked as several other guests were also checking in at the same time but he was polite, hard working and attentive. The room was perfect, as usual - it is always good to see that the monkeys are in residence! Breakfast was delicious and all in all a very pleasant stay before my onward travel the next day. I will be back.

I will have to remember to book a parking space next time. However, parking in the street only 200 metres away was not too much of a problem.

Young lady at Reception was very friendly and helpful . Modern hotel with lift and good bike storage if requested. Room quite large with good ventilation. Comfortable bed and nice clean and bright bathroom with a bathtub as well as a separate shower . Not too close to other restaurant choices and with a limited menu but the pizzas were very good and the price point for them as well as beverages was very reasonable. The breakfast was very good with multiple hot and cold food choices. All personnel were very friendly . On outskirts of Bremen in a corporate area but along the bicycle path and very convenient.

Close to the Airport and tram stop, about 5 minutes on foot. Easy to find. For us it was very important luggage storage, because we arrived early in the morning and left late in the evening. So we could spend more time in the city and do not worry where to leave our luggage. Very quit district, close to the Airport, but no noise in the room. Is only 10 minutes by tram until city center, if you are looking for the hotel only for sleeping, so it is the best choice.

Very clean room, staff was super friendly, the location was perfect for my stay, easy to find, parking was simple, even though parking garage was full, the room was quiet, check-out was until 12: so very comfortable, no need to rush, I didn’t have breakfast there, but what I saw and smelled was yummy :-) USB plugs in the wall: big bonus :-) games on the room: very cute, enough towels to use, modern shower

A little fridge or at least complementary water on the room, but that’s the only thing I can think of…

The hotel is perfectly located for the airport, and just a short tram ride to the city. The rooms are a good size, nicely decorated, with a really comfy bed, and a good shower. A full size hairdryer is also provided. The photo booth and games in the lobby area are good to keep the children entertained while having a drink in the evening. The breakfast was very good considering the health restrictions in place. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was a confusion over the price for breakfast for children on arrival. I booked three double rooms including breakfast for the same price, one for 2 adults, and two for one adult and a child in each, but the young lady on reception initially tried to charge me extra for children's breakfasts, saying the Booking.com price was for adults and not children. No tea and coffee making facilities or water provided in the room.

We travelled with a senior and an infant. We all enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the staff gave good service, the rooms were big and clean. They also had parking.

There are no electric kettles in the room. We knew this upfront so that's not a problem. We appreciate that they gave us hot water at the bar so we can have our tea.

The room was very clean and quiet. There were cards to play in the room that I liked a lot. The workers were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good. Overall it was very good for the money.

The bed was not double but two beds combined. The beds somehow were not stable and moved away from each other slowly. It was a minor issue for me but disturbing a bit.

Very nice staff, nice decorations, the beds are lovely comfortable! And for early flights from the airport it is ideal: no risk of traffic jam od blocked public transport, only a 10 minutes foot walk!

A towel looked dirty, probably it was very well washed and an old accident was still visible. But it didn't feel comfortable.

The breakfast was excellent with its variety. I really appreciated the coffee machine and the ability to have hot tea fresh brewed. I also appreciated the times that I had to wrap up a hardboiled egg, bread, and fruit to take to work with me. Everyone was very welcoming.

I think I would have liked a salad option on the menu, or something lighter than the pizza, flatbread, and bread options for the evening. By that time of day, a lighter meal is usually preferred. Of course, the bar was open for some delightful drink options.

Nice hotel, good value for money, room was very nice too.

Restaurant was closed, Staff did not seem to be motivated to work and was constantly complaining about being on her/his own and not being capable/responsible to serve simple drinks… Restaurant caross the road @ Holiday Inn was absolutely terrible…
