The room exceeded expectations and we really liked the bathroom. Breakfast was good with a very wide range to choose from and all of a high quality. Location for us was key as our vehicle was not ULEZ compliant and the multi-storey car park right next to the hotel was really reasonably priced. Wish we could have taken advantage of the spa.

As a UK traveller with our non-compliant plugs, USB sockets in the room would be really helpful for charging phones etc - although having stayed in several hotels on a recent trip, none of the other ones had these either, so can’t really complain.

The staff were very friendly (but I think so are most people in Bremen). We loved the view from the bedroom, the mattress was top notch comfort. Location might not look too central at first but actually its really pleasant to walk alongside the Shlachte everyday to go from the hotel and get back in. The Sauna was really cool too. Breakfast brunch overall good tho a bit expensive. Very nice TV. Wfi is pretty fast even if you don't pay the extra to upgrade.

For that price, bathtub in the bedroom would have been nice instead of shower. Brunch was overall good but I didnt appreciate the pancakes hard like concrete that I could barely chew in without almost hurting my teeth. Swimming pool would have been also nice if I wanna be picky.

Comfortable, clean facilities; within walking distance of Altstadt & Kellogg’s industrial location where my business appointments were; availability of gym, nice breakfast; complementary bottle of water.

Check-out took long! 4 persons staff present, but one staff member training a trainee, a second trainee watching but not authorized to do anything, only 1 staff member doing check out. Took long to check out the one guest in front of me and then a mistake was made on my invoice. The person helping me had then to ask authorization from other staff member to correct…. All in all took 20-25 min to check out despite early hour (6.30am) and only one guest in front of me.

Excellent hotel to be honest. We got it very cheap so it all depends on what you expect to receive for your money. They had a pillow menu which we used to pick the best pillows for us, and the bedrooms were enormous. The area is very nice and has a very nearby place with amazing breakfast and superb coffee. The tram 3 is basically there and takes you into the middle of the downtown area where you can do all of the touristic stuff. Bremen is very well connected and this hotel is very well placed. Also I would say this location is better because its very clean and has great restaurants (definitely eat meat at the chilli club in front, its AMAZING). We would definitely come back.

Room service staff seemed to not know how things should work. Every time you request something to your room they charge 6.50 euro, but you can go down to the lobby to receive it. Definitely a very weird instrumentation for room service.

Steigenberger hotel Bremen was one of the best hotels we have stayed. The facilities, location, staff and the breakfast was exceptional. I would highly recommend.

Internet was poor. You had to sign up to the loyalty program to get high speed, but even then you had to sign in each time you used the device.

Very nice hotel, in a big massive building, in the 4 star tradition, with a spa on the 6th floor. The rooms are large and comfortable, the bathroom very clean, there is a Nespresso machine with courtesy pods. The hotel is a 20/30 minute walk from the historical center (by the quay along the Weser)

The staff is not very friendly; their level of English is not very good, neither in understanding nor in speaking.

Booked a large double bed (as offered on Booking.com) but got two seperate beds. Hotel staff told us they don't have any double beds at all, just single beds. So option on Booking.com is misleading. Beds were okay. Pillows were saggy and uncomfortable. Value for money was so-so.

The location of the hotel is really cosy on the Weser. We had a nice room view on the river, In general the hotel is good and the personell is friendly.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow and you have to register in a certain club in order to get a higher speed. Not really comfortable. But you can live with it I guess :)

Very quiet, modern and clean room with the best bathroom of any hotel I have ever been. Sideways view of the Weser river.

The hotel is in a harbour area that is being gentrified and there are restaurants and bakeries nearby. Walking into town along the river is nice but got a bit boring after a while.

very clean room with a good shower. the area is quiet at night no noise. it’s walking distance to the center, breakfast was nice with a good selection of food also dairy free options. a great hotel for a weekend in Bremen.
