Good location, nice clean room, comfortable beds

The steepness of the stairs - if you're carrying more than one bag, or are not an Olympic rock climber, there might be problems getting to your room.. Lack of towels and shampoo. No insect net on the window, so lots of flies and wasps...

Very clean place, great to have kitchen facilities. The park across the road is nice to walk through and the hostel is walking distance to marktplatz and Schnoor area which are the highlight of Bremen.

We arrived at about 1pm on day of check in and hostel was not open until after 3pm on the day. Check in was 3pm, would have been nice to be able to leave our bags there to explore the town before check in. Also pillows need replacing, very lumpy and uncomfortable.

I booked a bed in a 2-bed hostel room and there was no one else in the room with me. It's just luck of course, but it was really wonderful to have the room all by myself for a price of a bed. The room is furnished well, the bathrooms are clean and comfortable, there is a good variety of free tea and coffee in the kitchen.

The soundproofing is really bad. From my room I could hear people talking loudly in the kitchen all night long until 5am, as well as people walking in the corridor up and down the stairs. I know there's not much the hostel can do about it, but maybe put a sign kindly asking guests to stay quiet after midnight? Or offer free earplugs ahah

We had a good overnight stay at the hostel, which is located right opposite a park and within walking distance to city center where stores and restaurants are. The hostel amenities are basic but like that it's very clean.

The top/attic floor room only had a skylight window. It was hard to ventilate the room as we had to close the window during the rain storm.

The room and the bathroom smelt cleanliness, very convenient location close to the river, the city center, less than 15 minute walk from the train station and right in front of a park. Wifi connection was good. There is a coffee machine in the kitchen where you can have free coffee at any time. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Bremen and I will definitely book there again next time I'm in the city.

Bkfast not offered. However, efficient, well equipped kitchen available to prepare all meals yourself. Host was very helpful, spoke excellent English, and created a comfortable atmosphere. Comfortable bed in naturally ventilated room. Hostel was clean and tidy Outside of property well signed, easy to find and a comfortable walking distance to rail station and stores and sites.

Shower was awkward to use and no sign posted to warn that very limited warm water available. Stairs very steep. Fellow guest in room coming in middle of night made a lot of noise, twice.

Quiet, free tea/coffee/hot chocolate. And a dishwasher! The hostel manager was great. Kitchen spotless and well equipped. Close to a couple of bus/tram stops (Bremen Radio & Am Wall) Nearby Plaka Turkish restaurant is good and the organic supermarket also

There's only one shower/toilet per floor, so if you need the loo while someone's using the shower you have to go up and downstairs in hopes one of the others is free. And there's nothing to be done about this, but the stairs are steep and might be difficult for anyone with knee or balance problems.

The property is near the historical centre and market, the stuff is friendly. The room and shared bathroom are clean.

Owner was so so nice! Rooms were amazing with some beds having curtains! Loved it!
